Order took 2 months to receive - not even close to the doll depicted in the website picture. Cheap stuffed doll that is pink and has poor stitching. Poor communication with fictitious tracking numbers - horrible experience and I would recommend you look somewhere else. Not worth $5, much less the $50 I spent.

I ordered an item months ago and never received it. No help with refund. They are based overseas, possibly Bangladesh. Chinese tracking number was no good.

This site is a scam. Ordered Oct. 16 for Christmas present, arrived Jan. 22. Looks like something you'd pick up in a dollar store. Nothing like what I ordered. Pretty pathetic. Live and learn. :(

I ordered a toy wolf for my garçon for Christmas , orders place November 27th. I did not received the shipment until January 21st , 2 month after ordering. But what a disappointment !!! it's a cheap awful looking thing, nothing like what they advertised and the price is ridiculous for something like this. Be warned !!!Never order anything from these folks

I received the doll today in the mail that I ordered before Christmas. It's so bad I'm not sure I even want to give it to my granddaughter like I'd planned. There was supposed to be a hat, scarf and little animals with it, it had a bow in it's hair and a dress. Nothing like the picture in the ad. I'm very disappointed for what I paid for it.

Very upset and angry when this doll finally arrived. No hand knitted outfits or cute little bear. Just a cheap rag doll in a plastic bag. Came from China through Joe Doe. Will definitely try to charge back through PayPal.

I wouldn't give this doll 1 star. You would not pay $1.00 for it in the Dollar Store. They charged my account the day I ordered it, took 2 months to come and it is the absolutely ugliest thing I have ever seen.

What a scam. Ordered Sept 9. Got a rag doll in a plastic bag with a plain dress on. No underwear, shoes or even socks. Shown in a beautiful gift box with a complete wardrobe. I emailed repeatedly to verify that the doll came with all the clothes shown and it would reach me by Christmas. I got neither. Just texts imploring me to “be patient. All dolls are handmade.” No company should be able to get away with this garbage. With what it will cost to get outfits for it and the $50 the $6 doll cost I should have got her an American Girl doll. Hey Facebook. I won’t be buying your advertised “valuable bargains” anymore.

This company is a bunch of BS!!! I wish I would have read reviews prior to purchasing. They do nothing but lie about delivery, where it came from and what you get is nothing to what you ordered. I am also in a fight to try and get my money back, after a while they do not respond back to you. No customer service, no responsibility for the crap they mail you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER, YOU WILL BE NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED.

Very disappointing. I ordered dolls for my grandaughter's as a Christmas gift. They finally arrived this week and are nothing at all as appeared in the picture. This company should be very ashamed of the quality of doll they are producing. I am embarrassed that I sent this poor quality as a gifts.

I'd like to leave photos of what I ordered (I took a screen shot) and what I got -nearly three months later. They're as different as night and day! Extremely disappointing, but it was too late for a Christmas gift anyway... Sad cheat.

I'd give them a zero if I could. Waited a long time for the doll I ordered to arrive, only to find it looks absolutely NOTHING like the doll I paid $46 for. The dolls look very charming online, but what comes in the mail is absolutely crap.

Really bad experience.
I ordered the Selena doll back in November for a Christmas gift. I continued to follow up with them as the package didn't arrived. They told me that the doll was being finished, that customs had issues, etc. I finally got the doll today, but what I got was a cheap doll that I could have bought in Walmart for $10. I paid $39.99 for the "high quality" product they advertise in their website.
The doll came poorly packaged (just a plastic bag and was placed inside of a mail envelop). Not the cute box that they show in their advertising.
Also, the doll they show has crotchet clothing and different accessories. This is a cloth doll that has no resemblance to what they offer.
Very disappointed and now that I read other reviews, I feel stupid for not having reading them before!

I received this email from them today:
"Hello, sorry to hear you don't like this item. Don't worry, we'll help you out. How about we give you 10% refund as compensation? And you don't have to return it. Because the delivery fee is too expensive. We truly care about your customers, so please consider our suggestion.
We look forward to your reply!"
This is a joke! I am requesting my full refund, not 10%!

Finally got the doll I ordered last oct for my granddaughter for Christmas. Not only is it a cheaply made product it isn’t even the doll I ordered. I kept emailing them asking about my order and was told they wanted it to be perfect. Huge disappointment. This company should not be allowed to use the internet to sell this product.

Double Zero Star! I concur with what everyone wrote. They advertised "guaranteed before Christmas delivery" but it's been over a month and no doll yet. I had a very disappointed little girl last Christmas. Been emailing them and had been telling me to be "patient" - well I think I had been patient long enough! Based on what I read from everyone's comment, this company should be shut down and be banned from using any web. Paypal, FB, and Google should double check the authenticity of this company. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT is not cool!

These dolls are not what is advertised! Awful, scary looking rubbish, had to put mine straight in the bin!

Just got the gift I ordered last fall. It is NOT the doll that I ordered. Much cheaper and really quite ugly!,, Never order from this company. What you see is NOT what you get!!!!!

Like other reviewers I ordered end of October and only after several emails got my doll this week. Nothing like what I had ordered. Didn't even have knickers let alone the other clothes that should have come with it.
Seems outrageous that they can get away with this.

Two very unhappy children, I just ordered from Amazon, they're coming in two days!
Lesson learned, don't ever buy from Facebook, these usually are from China, and will take three months or more, for anything!
