Do NOT purchase a topper from RealTruck.com. My truck has an LS2 topper that they produced in 2014 and discontinued in 2019. They stopped making replacement parts and told me the only way to fix it was to buy a whole new topper. The cost is over $3,000. If you don’t want to purchase a new topper every 5 years, consider a more reputable company.

Upon purchase, immediate withdrawl of my funds. It's been 9 days with no update to product. I asked for a refund as every attempt to speak with someone fell short. The answer is always "I will submit a ticket for some other dept to research, which will take 1-2 or 2-3 business days". I asked for a refund since I could not get any answers about product availability, shipment, or estimated arrival dates, " we will review this and get back to you..." I still have no information and no refund. This company is either an empty shell or extremely incompetent.

A week ago I ordered a bed rug from them for my truck. After a week I asked when the bed rug would be shipped and I was just informed that my bed rug should be sent around March 13. There was no notice to a long wait time or anything. They have my money now and deliver the product 2 months later. Not the way to business.

I called to speak to a representative about the differences in Tonneau covers for my truck. Nick was great with his comparisons. He helped me make up my mind and he discounted the price when I asked him if these ever go on sale. Looking forward to receiving my cover and getting it installed.

Purchased a hypertech programmer on 11/17/25 did not receive the product until 1/3/26 only after calling them. The received programmer wouldn’t work even after calling hypertech for support they claimed the web site was down for week. After a week still wouldn’t work. Tried to return the product 1/6/26 got the runaround. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Finally got a return authorization when my credit card company took the money back and credited my account the same day how convenient. During all this I offered to pay more money to upgrade my programmer to a more expensive one they would do this for some reason.
Bait and switch or false advertising...
Got me with the old bait and switch ptr false advertising on the rhino roll bar only received they're light attachment and they had the audacity to tell me they fixed the issue and do you want a refund no i wanted what I paid for. Watch what you buy from this shady company
Buyer Beware
I purchased the AMP XL Powersteps for 2,300.00 in March, 2024. In November of 2025, they stopped lowering when you opened the door. The truck doesn't even have 9k miles on it right now.
I called support, narrowed down the bad part at the end of September/ beginning of November, and they said one would be mailed out. Two weeks ago, I sent an email, and they said one would be on the way. A month goes by, and they say they are out of stock for 4 to 6 weeks. I reached out again yesterday, and they say they are out of stock for another 4 to 6 weeks. Keep in mind that the whole time, they have had the part on their website with "next day ship." It's the OBD plug. My truck has an 8" lift, so this leaves my truck inoperable.
You can sense the amount they dont care from the tone in their emails.
