Swift diagnosis from Jenny regarding the problem with my Tower not switching on.
Alternative suggestions and prices as to a replacement were made by her, and she built a new system to fit my requirements.
She came to the house and set it all up for me and gives one month after-sales-service.

I contacted Jenny whilst on holiday (camping in Barnard Castle), having found her company Reboot on Google. My new ipad was a mess and I was unable to access accounts I needed. She was able to see me on the SAME DAY I contacted her and sorted out various accounts and passwords in double quick time. Very professional and logical approach, for which I was truly grateful. My big fear was losing existing data, which, thankfully, Jenny was able to ensure did not happen. She even delivered my ipad back to my campsite (well after “normal” business hours........) after spending time carefully transferring photos, etc from one account to another .
