I emailed on three separate occasions asking about status with no response. I also asked to cancel my order 2 weeks ago. I reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank already.

The choice of records a the speed and efficiency of shipping to UK is great and very much appreciated. Some sites decided to no longer ship to UK since brexit but I am glad this site helps me continue to enjoy European music easily.

Mixed feelings
They increase the price depending on demand. I ordered a vinyl for 75 euro, I checked the website a few days later and they now charge 99 euro for it. I’m glad I bought it before they increased the price, but I feel bad for the people who have to pay this diabolical price as it is sold out everywhere else.
I also don’t like that they deliver directly to my door on a working day. In my shipping confirmation email it said I could make changes to the shipment, however there was only one option available so I really couldn’t change it.
Although I have to give them credit for the relatively fast shipment, just not happy with the method. (Keep in mind my ordered was shipped to Sweden, if you live somewhere else your experience might be different)
I wouldn’t buy from this store again if it wasn’t completely necessary. It’s partially because of personal preferences when it comes to shipping, but also the unnecessarily high prices.

Our pricing is dynamic and is influenced by a variety of factors, including the stock availability from our suppliers and the current market demand. This is particularly the case for hard-to-find vinyl releases. While we try to keep prices as stable as possible, sometimes these changes are unavoidable. We are glad you were able to get your copy at a lower price.
We also want to apologize for the inconvenience with the delivery. We understand that direct delivery on a working day isn't always ideal. We work with different logistics partners for international shipments, and it seems the options for making changes weren't clearly communicated or available for your specific delivery to Sweden. We will definitely look into this to improve the experience for our international customers.

Records on vinyl have not communicated…
Records on vinyl have not communicated with me regarding my purchase. I brought on 29th May and according to SHOP, my order is being prepared for shipping for a month. So I replied to ROV on Instagram to find out how long! They keep sending a message in foreign language that I am having trouble translating. So I try to phone them! Number not recognised. I have tried to get hold of someone to help including SHOP as I used SHOP pay! Not even them have got back to me. I am finding this experience very frustrating. I have paid on top of my purchase £16.00 for shipping! So I would like to know what the hold up is, that's all. Never experienced anything like this before.
