I emailed on three separate occasions asking about status with no response. I also asked to cancel my order 2 weeks ago. I reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank already.

Birthday success!
I ordered a title which could take up to 30 days to be delivered. It came earlier and I am very pleased with this since it was a birthday gift and arrived just in time for the birthday. I have deducted one star because my contact in chat was not the friendliest. But they did help me out so no hard feelings! I would recommend this platform to a friend.

Didn’t fulfill order
I ordered a record for the birthday of a friend a good month in advance. his birthday comes up and it didn’t arrive yet.
It took Records On Vinyl 52 days and multiple of my attempts to contact them to find out they couldn't fulfill this order.
Edit:
I was contacted by Gerrit from Records on Vinyl on the 18th of April 2024. He mentioned that there were supply chain issues with this record in particular which are hard for them to control. The type of issue is know by them but it’s a pretty rare occurrence due to it only happening with more obscure record. It is quite understandable that there is no process in place to deal that
we discussed my experience and how they could improve it for future customers.
Due to the short amount of time it took for records on vinyl to contact me, the sincere interest and the proposed solution
I trust that they’ll fix this issue going forward.

I ordered a record that was in stock - but was not.
I ordered a record that was in stock, according to the website. The automatic confirmation email stated that it was being readied for shipping. After a week, I inquired and it was not in stock, but had been ordered at the record distributor. I canceled the order and received my money back quickly and smoothly. Virgil was friendly in his emails. He needs to improve his website inventory, but that's the only problem I encountered.

Terrible service, avoid.
Their business model seems to be to list everything but not have the stock. It’s similar to merchbar. Essentially a scam.
I had to get a refund via PayPal as they were replying to any email sent in 3 months.

After 6 months didnt get my order where i paid for
I ordered vinyl 6 months ago and payed 30 euros. I got an email that there where problems getting vinyl worldwide, if I have patience. In very rare situations it would take even 3 months. Now it's 6 months, didnt reveive anything. No vinyl, no email no money back. Last month I sended an email about when imcould expect my order. But no respons, nothing. It's just silent. Paid lots of.money, no.product no communication.

Ordered an item which was listed in stock, after 6 weeks still no item received. When I contacted them I was told "looks like this is no longer available" and received a refund. Terrible business. Avoid

Beste Mark, In ons mailverkeer met jou hebben we al laten weten dat je een item kocht met een levertijd van 3 - 30 dagen, dit product was sowieso niet op voorraad. Een plaat blijft maximaal 60 dagen in bestelling bij de platenmaatschappij. Ik zie dat jouw order na 32 dagen gecrediteerd. Vriendelijke groet Virgil

I’ve ordered 3 vinyls they showed they had in stock, funds has been taken immediately. After 18 days I sent an email with questions about delivery - no reply.
After 3 further days and 3 emails finally I got reply that my order was cancelled and money was refunded. So it took them 25 days to realise that they do not have the vinyls in stock.
That was my first and last experience with this shop.
