Fair price offered. Good communication throughout. Special delivery bag to forward phone unfortunately did not arrive within the 14 day reply period, however after an email, RecycleUrPhone.co.uk took Christmas/New Year period into account and honoured their original offer, which was better than any other company.

Offered me a good price for an iPhone 8 Plus - the downside was I didn’t realise the battery life was as low as they stated but they offered me an extra amount when I pointed out that the phone was pristine - I will use them again

Very straightforward to send my old Samsung. They had the best quote for recycling I found and it was very easy to post my phone to them. I made the mistake of not realising that they would send a postage kit and sent my phone via Evri instead but they still found it after I dropped them an email.

Super easy process. Received postage envelope quickly and payment after phone received. Highly recommended.

I confess I was unsure when I first came across this company to recycle a couple of pretty ancient handsets. They quoted a very reasonable figure but I wondered what would actually materialise when I returned them in the pre-paid bag provided. My doubts evaporated when they contacted me within 2 days to say there was a minor problem on one and offered to return it if I didn't want to accept the slightly lower revised quote. As it happens, I remember now that the problem reported was an issue when the phone was in use so I accepted. The funds were cleared in my account within 3 days of actually posting the handsets to them.
I was 100% impressed with the transparency and communication throughout and will definitely use them again when the time comes. Recommended without any reservation!
