I bought a stunning Chanel medium flap from Redeluxe and it was exactly as described- so perfect. Not a scratch! It was like it was brand new. And being lambskin, I was worried there would be some damage being that it was about 6 years old. But it was perfect. And the customer service was beyond amazing. I got the bag within 1 week of placing the order. Excellent condition for a 20+ year old bag with the original authenticity card.

For my piece of mind I got it authentication from Zeko’s and another authenticator as well. My estimates for the bag was also very close to the purchase price. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Redeluxe, will definitely consider them for my next vintage bag hunt!

I’ve now made my 4th purchase with Georgia, Hunter and their lovely team. The bags that they are able to source are just amazing. I’ve yet to receive my newest purchase as I will get it tomorrow. Love the attention to detail in the presentation but also in regards to customer requests. I had reached out regarding timeline for delivery as I have packages delivered to work. I went ahead and placed my order but might have placed it too late to receive it on the day that we had discussed, not sure if it was intentional but it’s now being delivered on a day where I can ensure safe delivery.
