Bad service ... items missing from order .... cold food

Disgraceful attitude by manager when complaining.... placed an order... items missing .... cold food ... melted shakes.... priority delivery paid but took 3 times longer

I went there recently after a bad experince previously and glad they have steak on the menu was really amazing and the sides were really good.

This is by far the most AMAZING burger place known to exist! A hidden gem in the heart of Uxbridge, locals are Extremely lucky! I sing it’s praises everywhere I go - no other restaurant competes with the quality I’ve experienced at Red Iron. I’ve been a regular customer for 3 yrs & will continue to visit until my last day on Earth. Everything is absolutely PERFECT, from the mouthwatering food to the excellent service, quite simply a 10/10 rating from myself. If you haven’t been YOU’RE MISSING OUT TRUST ME :’)

I was asked to sit on a 2 chair table which is fine but the chair had no back support and I have slipped discs so I asked to move to the chairs with back support and they happen to be a 4 chair table and I was told No without reason and then I was told in a threatening manner you can sit there but I will move you when 4 people come also there was a couple who ethnically were different to me but they got a booth but I couldn't get a seat with back support for my bad back not only did I feel racial prejudice the staff were rude don't go there waiting times are bad aswell for food.

Rude rude rude…. The staff are incompetent and rude. I had to repeat my order 4 times. She had no customer service skills at all, absolutely appalling.

The food was mediocre and left me disappointed after all the hype.

Best burger in town especially harbanro lamb

A friend of mine asked me to try this place out and oh my I cannot begin to tell you how amazing it is. Try everything you can as everything is prepared fresh and tastes like heaven.
