Tough as old shoe leather
Got a kilo of lamb shoulder. I may as well have ordered a bag of shoe leather. Tasteless, tough and full of gristle. Never again. Avoid

Dried rotten fruts adn vegetables
I emailed you about the dried fruits and written or crushed items I bought due to your continuous packaging without cushion and picking rotten items that are dried or brown and discolored instead of green or their expected color. I do like your selection of exotic fruits that I cannot get elsewhere but what is the point you have to bin them as they are squashed or dried out. I patiently waited amidst the delay in deliver only to get fruits I cannot eat or enjoy. I emailed you and no response yet when I review them I get immediate response, so here goes. I would like my money be refunded, not sure if I ever got credit for the previous one as I did not see it in check out. Wont be returning for the same treatment.

Simply the WORST
Horrible:
1. Half of mangos rotten and not edible. Rest very old
2. Definitely fake reviews on Facebook re how fresh their mangos are (a joke)
3. Emailed customer service - no response yet and it’s been a week
4. Carrot rotten 1 out of 3
Conclusion: just don’t try it with fresh food. Can’t speak for dried

Ordered Mangoes this week - biggest disappointment !! Rotten mangoes delivered to your door at a premium price !! If you are going to provide a service, you NEED to pay attention to QA!! Would not recommend to anyone!

One of the best commercial experiences…
One of the best commercial experiences I've had in the recent months. Every company out there right now is compromising on quality and service in the name of covid, but no, not Red Rickshaw!!
They seemed to have up'd their game.
I ordered a box of mangoes and the courier wrongfully delivered it elsewhere. I got in touch with the courier company, reported it and called RR to inform them.
Customer Service was exceptional!!
They not only were helpful but also promptly ordered me a replacement in a matter of minutes. Can't wait for them to arrive this time.

I bought a whole box of Badami Mangoes. They arrived on time well packaged but most of them are bruised and have no taste whatsoever. Not happy with my purchase at all.
