Ordinary overpriced cake, poor customer and delivery service
I ordered a birthday cake for my girlfriend. It was a very special birthday for various reasons. Here is our experience -
1. The quality and the taste of the cake was very ordinary- in no way it represents its huge price
2. Low quality food colors used to decorate the cake
3. In the website, although it was written free delivery in London, but while checking out, I did not find the free delivery option. The time range for quick delivery was delivery by 2 pm in central London for which they charged me 10£ - seems too much
4. The birthday cake was delivered in an extremely ordinary low quality box and without the birthday message on it. When my girlfriend called and told the shop guy that the birthday message was missing, then he delivered the message with a very low quality writing on a low quality base
5. My girlfriend emailed and over phone requested the shop guy to connect to the manager so that she can give her feedback about the cake, But the guy never responded to that email as of now.
I will never buy cake from this shop again. Total

Emergency cake!
Daughter's birthday was in 2 days time and I had forgotten to get a cake! Being vegan it's not so easy to find a nice cake on the high street - so I went online and found that Red Robin Bakery could deliver the next day (it was already 9pm at night!). I ordered the cake as well as number candles and two helium balloons (I would have had to go out to get the balloons the next day) and crossed my fingers. All arrived promptly at 3pm the next day. It looked EXACTLY like the image online, I was really pleased with it. The staff were really helpful and the delivery chap was lovely. Have not tasted the cake yet but the icing tasted fabulous. I really recommend this business. Very efficient.

The service IS good, they hace many optiins for delivery, and It is very quick. I could make a cake-present from Spain and Send It right to London to the House of a friend 😍. I Hope the cake trastes good!

Rainbow Birthday Cake(eggfree)
The rainbow cake looked as stunning as it was delicious! Was packaged neatly and delivered promptly. Although it suggests the 8" serves 14, it could easily serve another 5 people. I didn't expect the colours to be so vibrant, and the coloured layers matched very well with the icing. Thank you, Red Robin.

Birthday Cake ....
Hi,
The cake arrived on time and was preceded by a thoughtful 'phone call to see if there would be someone home to receive it.
It was a coffee cake and looked lovely when I opened the box.
Just one little observation though - the sponge could have been a little more moist.
On the birthday day it was fine but the day after it had gone a little dry.
All in all a good experience.
