The service is really top notch, I had a few complications because it was supposed to be a surprise, but the staff were very accommodating and always got back to me when something was wrong.
In addition, all the staff are really super friendly and explain everything in detail.

The best cake and the best service
Thank you very much for the wonderful cake you conjured up for my daughter's birthday. I made the order from Germany and it all worked out wonderfully. Clearly 5 stars for the cake, delivery and customer service. So if you have children in London and want to give them gifts from afar, you are in good hands here

Cake bread is really tasty and sponge. Worth to taste the rainbow cake. We felt the cream could've been better for the Money. Otherwise it's great cake. On time delivery, messages looks great.

Quality cake
This was my first order from Red Robin Bakery as I normally order from Lola’s cupcakes. I was late for ordering at Lola Cupcakes and found Red Robin Bakery. I am so glad I did. Delivery was super prompt and the quality of the cake was really really good.
I will definitely recommend.

Pretty but burnt!
This is one of my favourite bakeries, however on this occasion it fell very short of my expectations. While the cake looked lovely and the delivery was good, on eating the cake it looked (under all that cream) and tasted burnt. Very disappointed! Can only hope this was a rather costly one-off, as I have ordered cakes from this bakery in the past and as gifts and always held them and found them to be of a high standard.
And on a side note, the ingredients and allergens for each cake are never listed! Not sure why this has been missed in these days of intolerance and allergies.
