Possibilities are endless
I live in Philippines and wanted to surprise my nephew in London on 5th birthday by sending him birthday cake, Red Robin bakery made it possible, the cake was beautiful and tasty beyond our expectations. The cakes are way better than the look in the pictures.

The cake was too sweet
The cake was too sweet; only a few of us enjoyed it - it was a party for over 25. A bit disappointing experience this time. I bought from you cake on September also for over 20 people. Everyone loved it!!! This time cake was not to our taste.

Didn’t taste as good as it looked
Cake arrived on time and looked good but wasn’t very tasty - it was underbaked in the middle and dried out/burnt at the edges, so a lot went to waste

The cake looked good and tasted lovely (apparently… it was a gift). Slightly disappointed it didn’t arrive until 21:07 but I only ordered it the day before. So glad to get it delivered at short notice

Our cake was destoryed
Update: support reached out and issued a 20% refund. Enough for me to bump to 4 stars.
Our cake was delivered entirely destroyed. I reached out to the bakery with a photo and they have yet to respond. Extremely disappointed.

I gifted a rainbow cake to my solicitors, who were really happy. The only down side is that it appears that they do not deliver in Essex which is a shame and limits any future gifts I can make.

Amazing bakery!
Rang this bakery in a bind at 1845, needing 200 cupcakes for 1300 the followinf day - they delivered and DID NOT disappoint! They looked great (and even better than what I had asked for) and tasted absolutely delicious. 11 out of 10 from me!
