Great Thermoplastic products.
Absolutely fantastic equipment! A great range of sizes and colours available, with lettering options too. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and the team at Red Stag provided excellent communication throughout. The products are easy to use and apply, and my customer couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Red Stag and will definitely be using their materials again for my next project.

The company is customer focused
It seems the company is focused on customer care - so unusual nowadays. Fast delivery.
The product is good In using it to make a very old tarmac drive look better, the drive is in a poor condition but renewing would be ten times what I can afford so I have done my best to repair patches then using the product to give a good uniform finish that will stop further deterioration. It looks far better than I imagined it would and application was really easy.

We can confirm that your order was placed on 4th June and delivered five working days later on 11th June. As the item you ordered is not a stock item, it was shipped directly from our supplier using a palletised service.
On the product information page, within the delivery and shipping section, we state that delivery for this item will take five working days, and that we will contact customers if a delay is anticipated. As your order was delivered within this timeframe and was not delayed, no further delivery updates were issued.
We also understand that you contacted our team by phone prior to delivery, and our staff advised you of the expected delivery window and followed up with the supplier to ensure your order arrived within the planned period.

Advertised as national free delivery over a certain purchase price.
Paid in full online only to be told when I contacted them at a future point that they wouldn’t deliver as they felt the postage costs were too much.
The postage was to Oxfordshire not the USA!
If you don’t adhere to what you advertise then don’t advertise it!

Bulk orders require palletised delivery, which isn’t free, and the delivery cost was substantially higher than the value of the product. We made sure your refund was processed in full on the same day as the cancellation. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
