Excellent advice and service given.

Excellent advice given, Zoe made us feel at ease and made sure we understood all we needed to. She then handled everything very professionally and took the burden from us and got the result that we wanted. Zoe has a wealth of experience and a calm manner that reassured us that we were in good hands. I am extremely pleased with the service we got and would recommend the firm to anyone who needed representation.

Reeds Oxford

Reeds Oxford and particularly Dana worked very hard to get this case NFA’d. At a time when police were not communicating any updates, Dana, Kate and Annie got the answers I required. This ended in the case rightly being NFA’d.

I had Zoe Heron & Abi working on my case who were both extremely helpful and understanding. They stayed in constant communication and my case was concluded as an NFA.

TFL SJPN Letter

I was initially concerned about the SPJ notice I received from TFL regarding my ticket. I had intended to print my ticket before boarding the train, but unfortunately, the ticket machine was out of order. Although I paid for my journey, I later forgot to print my ticket at next station due to being in a hurry and was approached by a revenue officer in London overground. Following that incident, I became anxious about the possibility of a criminal record and how it might impact my professional life.

In my search for assistance, I reached out to several solicitor firms, but I found many to be unhelpful and dismissive, questioning why I hadn’t printed my ticket and suggesting that my chances of success were slim since TFL handles these cases strictly. This left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.

After conducting further research and reading positive reviews, I decided to contact REEDS. From my very first interaction with case worker Brianna, I felt reassured. Then Brianna assigned my case to solicitor Kate Macnab, who listened attentively to my concerns ,took the time to understand my situation and handled all aspects of my case. She advised me to gather some references and reassured me that I had a good chance of a favorable outcome if I could provide the necessary documentation.

I am extremely grateful to REEDS, Kate Macnab, and Brianna for their support and guidance. My case was ultimately dismissed with a warning, and I have no criminal record. I highly recommend REEDS for anyone needing legal assistance; they offer clarity and peace of mind during challenging times. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Southeastern fare evasion

Southeastern fare evasion

A few months ago I was stopped by a Southeastern employee who told me they were aware of the short fairing I had been committing. A month or so later I received a letter from Southeastern asking for my comment on the situation. I got in touch with Jenny from Reeds Solicitors and she helped me collate all the documents needed to make a case for myself and replied to Southeastern on my behalf. Today they agreed to an out of court settlement instead of prosecution which has helped keep my criminal record clean. I would recommend Reeds to anyone in a similar situation to myself!!

Defending my dogs. Specialist Dog Law Solicitor.

Recently my 18 year old daughter needed advice and assistance from a solicitor specialising in Dog Law. In particular defending our dogs.
Jennifer Kabala of reeds solicitors was super knowledgeable and warm. Which was particularly appreciated as my daughter was very anxious about the whole incident. Having never had to deal with a matter involving the police and solicitors before she was understandably quite scared.
Jenny patiently and thoroughly explained the situation and the course of action in a clear concise way in which my very new to adulthood daughter could understand and feel safe.
Jenny accompanied my daughter to her voluntary interview. She was a solid comfort and a confident professional whom
managed to help us in securing a ‘no further action’ result.

I could not recommend Jenny enough. Should you ever be in the unfortunate position to require a solicitor well versed and successful in Dog Law then Jennifer Kabala should very much be anyone’s first point of call.

Help a fare evasion charge

I was accused of fare evasion after mistakenly picking up the wrong card at home. It caused me to feel terrible: anxiety, loss of sleep and affected my work. I was assigned to Zoe Heron who immediately put me at ease. She was knowledgeable, friendly, incredibly helpful and immediately put me at ease. She reassured me whilst telling me honestly about the chances of success and what I needed to do. This meant I could sleep again. She wrote an excellent letter to go with my character references and the charge was dropped. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Professional, reasonably priced & non-judgmental

I had to find a solicitor at fairly short notice for personal matters, and I can say the individual I was assigned to represent me from this firm was fantastic. Empathetic, non-judgmental and professional. The positive outcome was totally reflective of the hard work that had been done by my solicitor. Having also called around various firms for quotes for service, Reeds were also more reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

(Clare) An excellent person to have on your side

It was very reassuring to have Clare looking after my case. Not only was it obvious Clare knows the job very well and is very good at what she does she provides reassurance in a way that you really do feel like you have someone on your side that genuinely cares. This makes so much difference when everything seems so hard to deal with. I would highly recommend Clare to anyone

Outstanding service received from Clare Galo

Unfortunately I found myself having to deal with a charge of ‘use of a dangerous vehicle’ for driving a Range Rover that was sold to me with illegally tinted windows by Range Rover. Having never so much as stopped by the police before and never having had a point on my licence I found this all very traumatic. I was not happy to take the points and fine as I was worried about the consequences for my insurance, so decided to opt for court. Clare Galo was absolutely amazing, and very empathetic. She gave extremely good, thorough advice, and agreed to take the case on. Amazingly within 48 hrs she had managed to get the case completely dropped and the court appearance next week now not necessary. Superb service and skills, I only wish I had instructed her months ago! Thanks again Clare

Reeds provided expert advice and…

Reeds provided expert advice and submitted a letter to TfL on our behalf describing mitigating circumstances relating to a prosecution being brought for an alledged first offence of travelling on London Underground without having paid the fare. Reeds followed up the letter, which resulted in TfL withdrawing the prosecution and giving a warning in its place. We are very happy with the service we received.
