Excellent Legal advise
Clare Galo dealt with my son Lee's driving offence charge, she was such a help to us in everyway, always updated us with was happening. With her help we got through it and in court she underlined my sons case really well. With Clare's efficiency and help we managed to get through this ordeal.

We were represented by Reeds Northampton branch and Angela Lewis dealt with our case.
She was professional, kind and supportive and definitely put us at ease.
We are over the moon with the outcome and cant thank Angela and her team enough, an absolute credit to Reeds.

Thank you one and all.
TFL fare evasion case
When I found out that TFL may prosecute me and I might receive a criminal conviction for a fare evasion case, I was extremely anxious and worried about what would happen for my personal/professional future.
I contacted Reeds after reading the reviews left by people in similar situations to mine who had instructed Reeds to help them with their cases. I had a virtual appointment with Zoe Heron within the week. Zoe came across extremely knowledgeable and confident in dealing with my case. The potential outcomes of my case were explained, and Zoe took into account all of my personal mitigating circumstances in a professional and non-judgmental manner. Zoe communicated with me throughout the process, and I was very glad to hear that I would receive a warning letter instead of a criminal conviction. Many thanks to Zoe and the Reeds team for their work and helping me navigate a truly anxious and scary time. I highly recommend Reeds for fare evasion cases based on my own experience.
Great legal representation.
We received representation through Reeds for our case recently and the advice and process was very clear and helpful, the fees were set out candidly before we instructed them to our case and everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful. We were provided with Clare Galo to represent us and she was nothing short of amazing, My husband whom she represented suffers from PTSD and she went above and beyond for him, not only in a legal support context but emotionally too, this was a very tough time for us and she helped to take away so much of the stress we were feeling and answered our questions honestly so we always knew what to expect. We highly recommend.
Reeds gave us honest and helpful…
Reeds gave us honest and helpful advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to others.
Supportive, experienced & skilled
I contacted reeds following an allegation made against me in 2022. Over the course of the following 18 months, I was supported by my Solicitor Stuart Matthews, my barrister Lucy Tapper and the wider team at reeds as I was charged and a court date was set, before the case was ultimately dropped.
Nothing I can write truly conveys the level of gratitude I feel towards Stuart, Lucy and the team who supported me throughout this ordeal. From the offset, Stuart engaged with all parties on my behalf - providing me with regular updates on any developments. He called for regular check-ins and made clear that he was available any time night or day if I ever needed to chat. He answered every question - however insignificant and provided reassurance at every step in the process.
Stuart handled the difficult balance of acting on my instruction and drawing on his expertise and experience exceptionally well, deftly negotiating conversations so that I was always heard but carefully guided and given the best advice on how to proceed.
Both Stuart and Lucy advocated on my behalf directly with the police and CPS throughout the pre-charge, post-charge and pre-trial periods - conducting extensive prep work to make both required and voluntary representations on my behalf. Preparatory discussions between Stuart, Lucy and I about the case were handled with care and meticulous record keeping ensured that I never needed to repeat myself.
Extensive work during the pre-trial phase to gather character references and draft and submit my proof of evidence ensured that a robust defence was put forward even before the trial begun and I have no doubt that they were instrumental in helping secure the outcome.
While nothing could prepare me for the shock of an allegation and the anxiety of facing legal action, reeds helped me to face the challenge and provided a level of support far exceeding their requirements as my legal representatives
Totally unacceptable advice and appear…
Totally unacceptable advice and appear to be in league with the police if you are relying on legal aid. Told to plead guilty but there was little evidence of any wrongdoing. Also charge extortionate rates for things not covered by legal aid.
Neil Brooker was excellent and got me…
Neil Brooker was excellent and got me exactly what we hoped for. He gave great advice and made the situation feel better than it was. I would definitely recommend him. The team in the office was great too, especially Vikki Cottrell. I would say I would use him again but I intend to not be in a position again to need him in the future.
Motoring Offence
Sadly, we found ourselves having to deal with a serious motoring offence. On contacting three potential firms to represent us, it was Scott Primmer of Reeds who readily came back. Following an in-depth telephone conversation and subsequent face to face meeting, we were fully advised not only of the consequences, but also the best approach to take to help mitigate any potential outcome. The result was absolutely the best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. We could not have achieved this without Scott's advice and direction. I really hope we never find ourselves in the same situation again. But if we did, Scott Primmer and Reeds would be my first and only port of call. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again for all your help and professionalism
Fare Evasion Case
Reeds advised me on a fare evasion case. Nathan was excellent and offered sound advice with no judgment. He helped me to draft a response to the initial investigation letter received from the train company, which led to them agreeing to make an arrangement out of court. I’m in no doubt that had I tried to go it alone without his advice and guidance, the outcome would have been very different.
I cannot recommend highly enough.
This company is the bees knees
This company is the bees knees. They tell you exactly what is going on. They tell you exactly what they are going to do then do it. I'm overwhelmed by their professionalism and expertise.
Nathan assisted me with a fare evasion…
Nathan assisted me with a fare evasion issue which I was incredibly stressed about as this could have detrimental effects on my career. After our first conversation Nathan instantly put me at ease, there was no judgement and only a pragmatic approach as to how we will sort out the situation. He was really responsive and supportive. In addition, as my case seemed more straightforward than initially thought, I was refunded a sum as Reeds were concerned about value for money. This is something that was hugely appreciated. I Would absolutely recommend Reeds, especially Nathan. Thanks again!
Great!
Really quick responses and super customer service - thank you, particularly to Jennifer Kabala!
Thank you Clare
Clare was helpful, friendly, supportive, understanding and professional from start to finish. She explained things clearly to us and gave us her advice and a clear picture of what to expect. Thank you.
Zoe Heron TfL Case
I had Zoe Heron for a case against TfL. She was very helpful and professional and wrote an extremely effective letter which resulted in TfL dropping charges they were attempting to press. In the consultation she made me feel reassured I was in good hands, without giving me false expectations. I would highly recommend Reeds if you are in need of a lawyer, specifically Zoe Heron.
“Careless” Driving… Absolutely outstanding service from…
Absolutely outstanding service from Clare Galo. I was facing causing serious injury by “careless” driving. Clare provided amazing advice and helped me prepare for interview. The interview was very scary but with Clare’s help and assistance we were able to provide a very detailed written statement which led to the case being NFA’d by the Police. I was unfortunate enough to hit a deer whilst driving on an A road which totalled my vehicle and two other vehicles. This has been an extremely stressful and worrying ordeal and I don’t know how I would have faced it without Clare. Her skills and aptitude are worth every penny! Contact her now for the advice you need and prevent any risk of a conviction or losing your license! Thanks to Clare my license is safe and my reputation intact. Thank you so much you really are an angel in the form of a solicitor! I will be recommending you to anyone I know that faces similar unfortunate circumstances.
I am unable to find words good enough…
I am unable to find words good enough to thank Tom Brymer and Max Riley-Gould (Reeds solicitors of the Reading office) for all the effort and hard work and time, not to mention professionalism shown when dealing with my case. The end results were far better than we all expected.
