We do not offer phone support as we feel that we can provide you with the best customer support via email. Email support is available 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 4pm PST. Also, we are a small company located on the West Coast of Canada, and our support hours are limited.
In addition, our online support keeps detailed records in one place which ensures that nothing is lost amongst our team members and if we ever need to escalate your issue, these details can be easily accessed by our Senior Technicians. We’ll always have access to previous cases so you won’t have to repeat questions. Troubleshooting issues can be quite technical and the use of screenshots to provide assistance is extremely helpful.

Generally speaking, when purchasing a renewal, nothing should change. The program is generally on the system unless something has happened, or changed. Renewals simply extend the existing subscription.
We are unsure what exactly has happened and why you have lost the use of the software. What I would like to do to day, is email you from our Support Center with steps on how to reinstall your software, and include a copy of your license key.

The program itself works beautifully. When it comes time for renewal however, that's another story. It goes through the scanning process that takes a bit of time Then tells you it's time to renew the subscription. That's when the trouble starts. You pay and follow all the required steps, start over with another scan only to be told Again the system is time for renewal. It took me two days to go through tech support to get my program renewed, up and running. My husband is going through the exact same thing this very day on his computer.
