This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Your website promised delivery on Saturday, March 7, yet the order has still not arrived. Providing false delivery dates is dishonest and misleading.

I trusted your service based on this promise, and now I have been inconvenienced and misled. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional.

I demand an immediate explanation and that my order be delivered without any further delay. If this is not resolved immediately, I will report this as fraud and make my negative experience public so others are aware of how unreliable your service is.

Bad shipping service, 0 client atention

Terrible experience. They let you choose the delivery date on their website and then fail to respect it. In my case, I ordered the delivery for the 14th, and they sent it on the 13th instead. There was no one at home because it was impossible to anticipate it, as there was no notice that it would arrive earlier.
As a result, it was a very unpleasant surprise. When I requested a refund due to their failure to meet the agreed delivery date, they claimed that there is no warning on their website stating that deliveries on busy dates may not be respected. They then argued with me by email to avoid refunding my €50.
I will never buy from them again. It is much better to use other companies, even if they are more expensive, than to waste your money here.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I ordered flowers a week before Mother’s Day and had asked for delivery of these flowers 1 day BEFORE Mother’s Day. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered the day AFTER Mother’s Day.
The customer service team has responded that they cannot do anything as it is up to the courier to deliver the flowers.
Will never use this service again.

Sometimes the mail can have a day delay. We do not ship on the moment you have ordered, then the flowers would not been fresh on delivery date. We ship as mentioned a day before the preferred delivery date. I hope you mom does enjoy the wonderful flowers

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.

Ordered flowers from Ireland to a relative in Belgium for her birthday but unfortunately the flowers were wilted when arrived and dead the next day.
Contacted customer support but were unable to help.
I had used the service many times before but wouldn't be using again.

Ordered for Halloween.2nd November and no delivery still ! Contacted customer service and got a rude arrogant reply.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.Find a local reliable florist like Interflora.

I ordered flowers for my friend’s 50th…

I ordered flowers for my friend’s 50th birthday through regio bloemen , through a recommendation.
I was initially very disappointed as they were late and then some of the flowers were dead. I contacted the very helpful staff and all I can say is ‘Well done’ 👍

Exceptional service

Exceptional service!

I live in the US and I came across Regiobloemist when I wanted to send flowers to family in Belgium. It was a challenge to find a local shop from so far away, but they have delivered (literally and figuratively) every time. Their prices are reasonable and their flowers are beautiful. And while that may be expected, their customer service is extraordinary. When one delivery was delayed, they notified me immediately and continued to track the shipment, expressing concern for the state of the flowers upon arrival. I'm confident that had I been less than satisfied, they would have done whatever they could to resolve the issue. Fortunately there was no need because the flowers were still a delight!

Mothers' Day delivery? Euhm...

Ordered yesterday for flowers to be delivered for Mothers' Day today. Website explicitly indicated delivery the next day was possible, and decision and choice to order via them was made based on this indication. Just received a mail that their earliest delivery could be on Tuesday... WTH?

Would recommend!

Great experience, easy distance gifting from abroad to Belgium, a wide selection of fresh plants (also bouquets), a very welcome option to enter a message for a birthday card, the offer to add bottle of wine, pre-known delivery time with provided tracking, practical and aesthetic packaging.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant, we had a couple of issues with delivery but communication was 100%. The flowers are gorgeous. I had to go online and find a flower seller in Belgium in my friends district. Easy to use website great ordering and payment option too. I will definitely use again in the future.

So pleased with this top class firm

I have only used this firm once but++it wont be the last.after the extra care the lady took to deliver the flowers for a sick friend in Veurne(she attempted the delivery twice) I am so pleased with everything from start to finish-so.many thanks to all at
