Bad shipping service, 0 client atention
Terrible experience. They let you choose the delivery date on their website and then fail to respect it. In my case, I ordered the delivery for the 14th, and they sent it on the 13th instead. There was no one at home because it was impossible to anticipate it, as there was no notice that it would arrive earlier.
As a result, it was a very unpleasant surprise. When I requested a refund due to their failure to meet the agreed delivery date, they claimed that there is no warning on their website stating that deliveries on busy dates may not be respected. They then argued with me by email to avoid refunding my €50.
I will never buy from them again. It is much better to use other companies, even if they are more expensive, than to waste your money here.
