Customers best interest at heart

I initially had an issue with my order not being delivered as expected, which was frustrating at the time. However, I have to say the florist handled the situation really well afterwards. They carried out a thorough investigation, kept me updated, and took the time to properly follow up.

Most importantly, they resolved the issue and made things right, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about looking after their customers and will go the extra mile to put things right. Their effort to fix the problem and improve the experience showed a real commitment to good customer service. Thank you for turning things around.

Flowers for my Auntie Jean

I live in the UK and over recent years I have always used Reid’s in Newtownabbey to arrange for the delivery of flowers to my Auntie Jean for her birthday’s. Unfortunately she has sadly passed away recently, very peacefully at home aged 93 years, bless her.

Each time I called Reid’s they were all so very patient, helpful, caring and supportive, I trusted their advice over the years and they never let me down, including the recent funeral spray. My Auntie Jean always adored the choice of flowers and they were always delivered on time, the photos of all the flowers were always amazing.

It was always a pleasure to speak to any member of staff over the phone and their customer service and professionalism was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Reid’s at Newtownabbey to any prospective customer.

Jilly, Sara, Alexandra and all the staff,
thank you all again for your service and the joy you have brought to my Auntie Jean over the years.
Ray Nash, her nephew.

Extra charge for delivery that arrived 3 days early

My partner ordered flowers from Reid's florists for my birthday and paid extra fee for them to arrive in the morning on my birthday.

They delivered three days in advance, I was absent from home, so my flowers stayed rotting for three days without care. By the time I arrived and expected to receive fresh flowers, the water in the vase was all dirty and as a result I didn't receive fresh morning flowers as a gift that was expected to come. Very upsetting. Last year I asked my partner to order from them and they forgot to add a congratulations card, which was not a big deal at that time, but now I see them as unreliable for serious occasions, we'd better order somewhere else.
