Having done as requested by relocate ie check with them their availability BEFORE confirming move date with Solicitor and then having been told by them “Yes you are booked in for that date” I then confirmed my date with solicitor and all 5 in chain exchanged contracts. I immediately emailed Relocate for payment requirements etc and after not hearing back from them after 2 days phoned them to be told “Bill will have to look to see if he could move you”. I explained I’d already been confirmed and booked in. I never received a phone call back, and when I called again a pleasant lady told me they couldn’t move me as they were busy !! Despite many calls and requests Bill never phoned me back

I found this company to be friendly and efficient from start to finish the three guys who moved us Plug, Jade and Jimmy arrived early and got everything packed on the van and unpacked quickly with good humour throughout would recommend Relocate to anyone

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they are thief's!! They will steal your money and your belongings. They can not be trusted. They are not taking responsibility for their actions!! I wouldn’t want this happening to someone else so please don’t use this removal company!!!

Do not use relocate removals. My parents used them over the weekend and had money stolen out of a box she had hidden amongst other valuables. My mum had told them not to take the box as it was going in her car on removal day but they picked it up “by accident” the move didn’t go as planned and her belongings was kept in their lockup over night. The next day the box was one of the last things to be found off the lorry and once my mum has a chance to go through when they had gone she could see it had been tampered with and her £500 cash had been taken. The company aren’t taking reponsibility for it and saying it’s our fault for leaving valuables on the lorry 😡. We have filed a police report and taking it further. DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bill is either a crook himself or employs crooks. Belongings in excess of £500 have gone missing during our move as the lorries had to go to his lock up overnight. Someone has gone through our boxes and helped themselves. Bill takes no responsibility for this and hasn't contacted us himself even though it is his company's name on the line. We now have the police involved!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. On initial inspection, the representative caused damage to the banister post. He admitted fault and sent a claims form for me to send the company so they would pay for the damages. However, when speaking with BILL CONLON, the manager, I was informed it was an accident and these things happen. HE then INFORMED me that I was a problem customer and he didn't want MY business. What an absolute joke this company is. If you have no issues in using a company that damages your property without liability, then this is the company for you. Alternatively, STAY CLEAR OF them.

Awful from start to finish!!!! Arrives late and the driver was rude to me, moaning about parking spaces, when I showed him where he could park. He then threatened to walk off of the job if the parking at the location we were moving to wasn't sorted ( which I already confirmed was). One of the guys continually moaned and stressed me out! They didn't provide boxes as they promised and the guy that gave the quote told us to put things in black bags!! We moved from London to Kent and on the way there, there were huge delays ( we were stuck for 4 hours). The boss Bill continually rang me and harassed me asking me where I was, when he knew there was an accident as his drivers were also stuck in traffic. We arranged for friends to get the keys to the new house and let the removal men in as they arrived before us. Our friends told us that they were effing and blinding and were all round awful!!! We have loads of breakages and lots of walls damaged and scuffed. To conclude, what was an already stressful relocation and move was made worse by this company. I have moved many times and this was by far the worse experience I have ever had.

These guys moved me to Colchester from Chadwell Heath and were brilliant from start to finish . The estimator , the office , Bill the manager , the 2 guys that handled the move on the 22.03.18 . were first class . They were £100 cheaper than the second best quote and everything done was top value service . On my experience I would recommend these guys .

We used their packing and removal. Horrible customer service which did not care about missing items. Despite our generosity we noticed that a few items went missing such as gift cards, expensive nail polish, perfume and scarf. we approached the manager to report lost/stolen items. He did not bother at all, as it was more than 7 days of the policy ( it took long to open all boxes) , he also said as we checked behind the van and signed the paper it meant we had all our items ( as if gift cards were supposed to be left in the van?). Also, workers tried to hide the marks we left on boxes that they did not deliver carefully so that we could not check them out ASAP. The workers slowed down the service from midday due to being hungry despite being offered lunch and offered time to eat. Wished to read other costumer reviews before contracting as now we could see other costumers who had been victims of similar or even worse experiences.

The loading, transport and unloading of my furniture was very quickly
and without any problems with a friendly service.

The team were professional, quick and efficient.

Considered and got on with the job.

I did not check how they packed my goods so have no clarity on whether the packing itself was of a high standard.

They were efficient though and provided a v good service. I do think they may have split the door leading to my tv door but i cant tell whether it happened during the move or another time.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this removal company.

A three man team arrived promptly. They were extremely helpful and went about their business in a very cheerful and professionally manner. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very patient as we had to wait to gain access to new property.

Great service all round, from the helpful friendly girls in the office to the polite helpful removal guys and also got a good deal from the manager. Great job....well done all!

I'd booked relocate to help me move from a 1 bed flat to a house. They arrived early and had got every thing out of the flat in just over an hour. They got to the new house earlier then expected and got everything in just a quick as they had taken it out of the flat. Nothing got broken and they asked me where I wanted things. Very helpful and friendly!

Did an amazing job, with amazing guys at an amazing price. Very impressed and would highly recommend

Great service. Relocate Removals arrived exactly when they said they would, and then proceeded to carry out our move, Everything went very smoothly due to their hard work. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys where first class, from the time they come to estimate to the day of moving they could not do enough to make things go smoothly nothing was too much trouble.No one should have any hesitation in using them.
