I searched and ordered a LG magic…
I searched and ordered a LG magic remote based on the S/N on my existing remote. The one i received, although it was announced on the RCW Homepage, was not a magic remote even though it looks excactly the same.
Update:
After having posted this review here on TrustPilot, RCW have contacted me and enquired about the remote I've recieved.
They have since reviewed the order, and acknowledged a mistake was made during dispatch and have shipped a correct replacement unit at no cost.
I've changed from my initial 2 star review to a 4 star.
Thank you for a very accommodating costumer service experience in the end.

I needed a replacement remote control for my Modore 140 gas fireplace after my dog decided to chew on the original one. :-(

Ordered the RMF-TX621U-original to replace the 2 plastic remotes that came with a Bravia 8 TV. The one remote has all and more functions than both and work successfully with backlight for night use.
Would recommend so far as excellent build and functions at a lower price and will monitor longer term use.

The remote came wuickly and it was easy to find a suitable one.
The remote itself doesn’t work as well as the previous ones. Some of the buttons feel weird and spongy.

Philips TV remote control was exactly as presented on a website. It is compatible with my Philips TV.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that delivery time to Sweden is a bit longer in comparison with my other orders within the EU.

Just a fantastic experience
fantastic from start to the remote arriving with me. I thought my old Cambridge Audio Amp was heading to the recycle centre, the remote was playing up and made using the amp very difficult. a replacement was not available from Cambridge audio then I spotted this on a google search, It was easy to select the remote I needed from the website, with a picture of the original unit to compare. I selected the UPS for delivery and didn't expect it to arrive on time at Christmas. It was actually due the day before! but a serious road traffic accident blocked access to my house for over three hours. Thinking my delivery would be left till after Christmas but the next day at 08:30 the remote was delivered. Works far better than the original, so I am very happy.
