What was great was the final product and it's 'fit for purpose', which it is.
Delivery time, although 'implied' Circa 5 x days ... that is from when it arrives in the UK and not from the point of sale.

I ordered a replacement remote for my Technics ST-HD50 and it was delivered as promised.
As soon as I got my new remote I realised that it would be possible to program other devices to the same remote as well.
Therefor I contacted RCW.eu and asked them for help if this was possible to solve after delivery.
They where willing to help me for no extra charge helping me to reprogram the remote without having to send it back.
So without me knowing this when I placed the order I’m now able to use the same remote for both my sound system and TV!
I am already planning to order another remote for my living room TV!

I had an excellent experience selecting the correct replacement remote for my Outlaw Audio 950 Pre/Pro. The ordering process was smooth, the remote shipped quickly, and it arrived within 3–5 days. It even included a detailed schematic showing how each button corresponded to the original remote, which was a great touch.
Initially, the remote powered the unit on but not off. I reached out for support and received a re‑program file along with clear, concise instructions. After applying the update and selecting the correct button, the remote worked perfectly and now powers off my preamp as expected.

Hello all I was looking to get my remote control replaced for my Yamaha DSP A1000 as it’s over 40 years old and mine wasn’t working properly. I found this company that offers a replacement remotes and had one for my Yamaha.The part number is VK577300 and I received it in a timely manner and it works amazingly.All the buttons on my original remote are duplicated and laid out a little bit different but everything works. I only give it 3 stars because of the shipping time. I paid for express but it took over 3 weeks even though it was the Xmas period which I understood would take a bit more.
The product though is the best, I’ve tried others and they stick or don’t work after a week and only allow direct button pointing. This one is exactly like the original so I’d give it 5 stars.

The delivery was extremely quick, and the product was just as described. It’s not the original remote which was about four times the price, and of course you can feel the difference in quality compared to the manufacturer’s model.
