Recently purchased remote as on off…
Recently purchased remote as on off button on original stopped working. Excellent service and although buttons in different places on new remote and not same quality as original have no qualms about ordering from this company again.

Received the day after I ordered
Received the day after I ordered - I ordered in the morning. It's a rugged, solid-feeling device and the layout makes better sense than the original LG piece of rubbish that developed faulty buttons within a year-and-a-half. The printed out menu is useful. It took me a day or two to work out the subtitle function, but it's obvious when you think about it. I'm just old and slow.

Second remote purchased
This was the second remote I have purchased from Remotes4u, this one for my wife and it was delivered directly to her very quickly. She informed me that it works very well and it is a relief to use a remote which works quickly and accurately rather than one which has several functions which do not work properly.
