B grade is the most popular, B grade stock will have small cosmetic marks but are a great bargain! C grade stock generally has more signs of wear however is reflected in the price. All of our stock is data wiped, factory network and un-locked meaning you can set it up as new with your current network provider!

Poor quality

Although described as refurbished watch had 2 large scratches on face of it, wicker sent a copy of small print saying some blemishes should be expected , I did not expect deep scratches on face

Refurbished Chromebook…

I purchased a refurbished Chromebook which appears to be in good condition and working well the battery has 80% health and their was only one scratch on the screen launcher button. The keyboard however is US and I am in the UK.

Very Disappointed

Very Disappointed, with the product. The apple watch screen is all scratched cratched, no lead to charge the apple watch. Would never buy from you again. Tried to get a refund and return the product, no response.

Selling faulty, useless items that they don't want to refund

Bought a refurbished Dell laptop from them earlier this year. When it arrived, it could not be charged at all. I then had to send it back on my own expenses for them to check and repair. Received it back 10 days ago and guess what - the "repaired" item had exactly the same issue, could not be charged at all. Now customer service wants it to be sent back again to them on my expenses for them to "check" again. I told them no way I will waste more money on a twice received faulty item and that I want a refund NOW or they pay for the return fee.They are now playing stupid, beating around the bush not doing anything.
Shame on Wowcher to feature this shambles company on their website!

Stay clear.!

Stay clear.!! Bought a refurbished Apple Watch for my son’s birthday, watch arrived and charged but lost charge almost immediately. I contacted the company who replied quickly however stated I should charge the watch for 48hrs for it to rest. (Never heard as much rubbish in all my life) anyway I did as they suggested and still the watch was charging then within 4 mins dropping to 10%. Clearly not working.. I then have to pay the postage myself to return the faulty watch. Really disappointed with the service and the fact the watch clearly hadn’t been checked before posting. Now patiently waiting for a refund!! I would not recommend or buy from the company again,

When it arrived wrong appliance
Rescheduled and didn’t arrive.
Out of stock
No communication
Spoke to dean who was helpful and hopefully sorted it out
Customer services was plan rude

Delivery was fast but the product…

Delivery was fast but the product itself was poor. Extremely pixelated around the edge of the watch, I dont know how that can be sold on again. Didn’t come with a charger so had to purchase on separately. Overall very unhappy with the purchase and immediately returned it.

Don't expect too much!…

I realise that this was quite cheap but some of the keys stick and the touch screen does not always work. I hadn't realised that the Acer Chrome book does not support Microsoft word etc - it says it will open a word doc or ppt and they would then be operable in word etc - but that isn't so.
Had various dates given as to when the product would arrive - it didn't come on any of them - but time reasonable.

I was worried after reading the reviews…

I was worried after reading the reviews but my item was delivered 1 day later than I'd paid for (but it was later in the day that I ordered next day delivery, so this can be forgiven).

The item itself (an apple watch) was well packaged and although not brand shining new, a few minor scratches etc, it works fine and for less than a quarter of the price of a new one - I am pleased with it.
