Horrible service. Unfriendly guy that sold me a second hand bike that supposedly had all new parts. Within two months the front wheel was completely shot on the inside. No warranty of course…

the bike rental started well, but what followed is terrible. after the rental everything was fine for about a week and then I was presented with a bill which was a very large amount for the bike lock breaking, which I did not break and the amount was simply taken from my credit card without asking for permission, this is theft, what are you doing and just disappear and no longer respond, abnormal behavior, kindergarten!

The shop is very professional, the web renting procedure is very clear. the equipment was good.
Service is a bit slow but very professional.

Excellent bikes for road touring we rented last minute at Osterport due to bike transport issues - you can access shop direct from platform if coming by train from Kopenhavn H. Very helpful in store. Just be aware that charges for any damage will be taken directly from your credit card- I’m not sure if insurance was an option when you book. Charges were reasonable and a scratch her or there wasn’t an issue just major damage that was my fault was taken so it was fair.
Also take your pedals (costs extra) and maybe saddle and a repair kit, Allen keys etc as not with the bikes and buy new gas cylinder if flying out. You can set up in the shop and we left a bag which was helpful
