Excellent villa rental. Keith and Marina were so helpful in arranging activities and a private chef. I would highly recommend booking with them for group vacations. Local contact was also extremely helpful with all last minutes requests that made vacation stress free. I will definitely book again

Great Service led to a Great Villa Experience
Great experience working with Keith & Ruby. Keith was responsive and diligent in finding a suitable villa for my client. And Ruby was very responsive and easy to collaborate with, which was necessary, as we had a very robust itinerary to pull together in a very short period of time! Customer Service
Levi was awesome. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered, quickly and within my budget. Customer service seems non-existent in these times, so when you receive great service, it's definitely worth telling. I will use Rental Escapes again as long as I can work with Levi!!

Good, So Far!
Service has been great, I just wished all payment options were explained to me ahead of time. I am a proactive person so it was upsetting to hear AFTER I made my payment that I was able to use my credit card over wire/cash.

Planning and researching homes for family vacation
Erin understood all our requirements for a house, staff and amenities. The added bonus is the house has access to a nearby resort. Erin was very responsive anytime we had questions. She continued to communicate quickly through this process and we now have a signed rental contract for our Family Vacation.

We had the best experience with Bianca!!! She was so thorough and quick with her replies. The villa was incredible- the staff quickly became like family, they were so kind and detailed. The chef was incredible, and we cannot say enough about Dexter, Antonio, and Fritz.
We also had the best time on the boat they booked for our family, which was staffed with equally amazing of a crew.
