Great Customer Experience
Alexandra Steinberg and Erin O;Neill were great. Their follow-up was very timely and they were pleasant throughout. They answered all of my questions and when our contract required a couple of tweaks transitioning when Alexandra was headed out of town, Erin handled it seamlessly. This has been a wonderful customer experience.

Great for locating a rental
They did a great job helping me find rental options that I had not been able to find on my own. I was looking forward to working with the concierge service too but that has been a disappointment. My expectations could have been wrong but I thought they would be more helpful with helping me identify restaurants and planning our days. Not the case.

The Best Villas from Rental Escapes
This trip to Sicily was the third time I have used Rental Escapes to find and book large villas for my friends and family. Without a doubt, they are the very best in offering top quality villa properties and in providing excellent service to their clients. Everything about the villas is exactly as described in their descriptions on the website. If there are any questions, they find the answer and respond promptly. I especially appreciate their guest experiences experts who find and arrange everything from chef meals in the villas to boat trips in the sea.
