Sales person - Just want a sale - beware
Wont name names yet -I have left 2 voice mails to him and emailed twice, but what happens lovely Peter comes( chap that does the treatment), not the person who sold this to me and costing over 2k.
I am in sales and know, he wanted a sale. I have come to the end of the Carpet Moth treatment , and still got moths said 3 treatments and they will be gone. Then why are they still around and flying?
Its a sham as the lovely guy who come to do the treatment PETER is great, he works of the salespersons quote. It's not his fault - i wait to see if salesperson calls me back, use a independent company not these

Sean gave us a fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly service, both beforehand and during the appointment, when he gave clear expectations and instructions around management of the wasps nest in the back garden and fall back plans in case a further visit was necessary.

The admin staff were very understanding and helpful. The cleaner, Robert Campbell was absolutely fantastic and got every inch of the place sanitised. When I saw the flat last month I didn’t think I’d want to live there ever again but now it’s spotless. Very impressed with the work carried out.

Excellent service from start to finish. We called out for an urgent pest control issue, and the technician arrived promptly and dealt with both a wasp nest and a hornets' nest in our garden quickly and efficiently.
He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which was really reassuring. He worked thoroughly and made sure everything was dealt with before he left.

I recently contacted them for bed bugs problem and I ask them prices they didn't say anything about price I explained everything how many rooms I have I told them give me rough estimate they said we will let you know later they charge for the visit which was 120 they did nothing for the visit just checking if they find any bug we had them that's why we are calling you after that when they told us price I was shocked 5000 pounds extremely disappointed please guys be careful

We recently went through a massive refurbishment, and our area technician, Moses found for us the best outcome to keep our office healthy and safe.
