Delayed start but when finally arrived the man was very good and explained exactly how the product worked.

Jason was informed and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the area of concerns for our ant problem and properly explained the treatment process.

Ellie is very friendly and approachable. She does a very thorough job and any issues with pests are resolved very quickly.

Andy has been looking after our Pest Control for a while now and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s always friendly, reliable and we’ve never had an issues with his work. Whenever there is an issue in store, He always has a solution. It’s always a pleasure when Andy comes in!

Complete rip off. When they eventually come back to you they price on post code, even ask how many bedrooms you have in your house…. What does that have to do with a wasps nest outside? I have several wasps nests removed before price always around £75. Unfortunately the company who usually does it can’t fit me in till next week and as nest by my daughters bedroom wanted treated more quickly. Rentokil, for what is a 15-30 minute job wanted almost £400. Absolute cowboys why they think they can get away with it I dont know. Perhaps if the children and I don’t eat for the next couple of months I’ll be able to afford them!

I took out an annual agreement with Rentokil last year and I am delighted with the service. The technician Jay Todd was so professional, methodical and thoughtful. He found all sorts of ingress areas that needed attention and I feel my farmhouse is now mouse free!! I have decided to renew my contract for peace of mind going forward. Would definitely recommend.
