Excellent customer service on initial contact. Responder took all relevant details and passed on the name of the service technician who called me promptly to arrange a house visit. He was very professional and explained the treatment and how it would work in great detail. He came back a second time to ensure that the pests were removed. Very good experience all round.

I work at a nursery and the technician I believe his name was Matthew young was opening up dangerous chemicals at the eye level of children and leaving them all over the tables.
When asked to move them due to the wellbeing and safety of the small children we were met with nothing but attitude and arrogance.

Other technicians we have had have always been polite and respectful.

Do not send Matthew again

I called Rentokil for a quote on mouseproofing. They refused to give any idea of their rates but want to charge £120 for a survey when you have no idea as to how much they charge for their work. So they are guaranteed £120 and you can take or leave what ever potentially extortionate fees they choose to charge for the work. They won't even go into what services they offer!
I was horrified!

What more do you want from me?

Rats in our loft. Dean, Service Technician, who carried out the work at our home, provided an excellent and professional service. He was very reassuring and diligent, keeping us informed throughout. He gave us lots of useful advice.

the company is very responsive and the pest control technician we have attending site is probably the best we have had including other companies we have used his name is Karl and he certainly knows his stuff

Rentokil were very professional and quick at responding to my initial query. Sarah who attended my home to do the survey was very professional and answered every query I had and made the process extremely straight forward

Joe attended site to carry out the work and was very professional and talked me through the whole process. Rentokil listened to my concerns around pest control and carried out the work humanely for my mice infestation. Joe arrived when he said he would and always explained every step he did during the 3 visits he attended.

The overall experience was fantastic and if I ever encounter an issue again I will use rentokil.
