Absolutely awful service dispatched on Friday and collected by evri on the Saturday which states we got it and now Thursday and still states we got it. The seller does not respond to emails and when they did they seemed like just didn't give a toss. You think very carefully if you want to buy from these. I have had to buy battery from else where as needed urgently.

Worst service ever, 2 day delivery turned to fight with this chinese uk website for few weeks so far, I got two answers over few weeks, no battery, no more answers, looks like they are trying to extend it with paypal over 180 day to automatically close the case. I asked for refund, and get answer to just wait until it turns up.

Ordered a battery from them, never received any acknowledgement of the order, had to use bank for refund. Try to avoid them!

Item has not arrived. They ignored multiple emails and the "tracking" number they gave me is incorrect. All they need to do is communicate

Ordered a laptop battery, received a payment acknowledgement then nothing. Ten working days later no despatch email, no replies to email enquiries to the batteries where abouts or whether it even exists. Their website contact form is broken. Poor, poor, poor, please don't even bother with this company. I am now having to go to my credit card company to get the payment back.

UPDATE: 16 hours after leaving this review I got a response from one of my emails letting me know the battery has been sent. The email included a Royal Mail tracking number which shows the battery left China 3 working days ago (8 working days after I ordered it).
As I was completely in the dark with what was happening and needing the battery I ordered another battery from someone else. Very annoying, frustrating and a waste of my time and money.

Another Chinese company pretending to be in the UK. So far my laptop battery has made it across China a week after order placed. Probably have to order another one from elsewhere now as this could be weeks away. Why can't we stop companies using .co.uk addresses when they are not British.

Avoid, There is no after sales support and so if you get the part and it is not functional. Good luck. the contact us does not work

I have deleted my initial one star review because the battery has actually turned up.

1st delivery took 8 weeks to arrive.
2nd delivery 2 weeks.

Despite a .co.uk address, this is clearly not a uk business and deliveries are effected via Brussels and/or Los Angeles.
Their website has no address and no phone number.

they are one of the best company's I have had the pleasure to deal with ordered a Lenovo battery and delivered before time
so would recommend them to any one and should in my eyes have more than 5 stars more like a thousand

Avoid at all costs, placed my order but they failed to provide tracking as confirmed on their website. Emailed serval times asking for tracking but got no response, had to open paypal dispute to get my money back. Total waste of time.

Bought a Panasonic Battery and it failed after a could of months
They wont reply to emails re warranty exchange

Later discovered they are in the far east or something so trading standards can't do a thing
