Avoid at All Costs - Especially Internationally
I placed an order on February 28th, 2023 for a preorder. Somehow a LARGE quantity of orders were overlooked and they did not send them out. I managed to get mine sent out in the first wave due to outside communication. There was no contact from represent. No shipping information. No apology. I just randomly received it one day.
Package arrived SEVERLY damaged and I was double charged taxes. I sent multiple images of all the damage. Represent only would offer credit because they couldn't "send it again". (Aren't they sending it again when I'm using credit?) They originally offered credit for one item replacement + shipping, but when I mentioned multiple items were damaged they tried to offer me less credit and no shipping credit (??). It took three weeks to finally get my credit, which was only for two of the product damages, no shipping. This meant I paid taxes four time total and (profoundly overpriced) shipping twice. The replacement came damaged as well due to their extremely poor packaging methods. I decided to just write off the experience. Represent barely refunded me for the taxes and wrote some canned response how it's not their responsibility. (It's only not their responsibility if they're not collecting taxes, by the way.)
I also received several pieces of clothing. Extremely thin and the print is low quality. The print will clearly break apart in a few washes, so I guess it'll just live in my closet.
So if your item is damaged they will only offer you a credit, which you will have to fight tooth and nail for. Then they will then charge you shipping and taxes for again. I wonder why they want you to pay taxes and shipping so much. Customer service was slow, condescending, and profoundly unhelpful. Desperate not to give you a refund or as little credit as possible. Absolutely miserable experience. Can't wait to never use these folks again. I hope you don't either.

Where to begin
Where to begin. Missed our promised March 30th shipping window by a month due to fulfilling more recent orders since they were smaller, and when they eventually sent our order we only received half of it and still never got the other half. Product box arrived damaged.

Damaged Product/Disappointing Solutions
I received damaged products from my order and was hoping to have part of the order replaced. When I contacted customer care I was told unfortunately circumstances regarding what I ordered would cause Represent to not be able to send me a replacement. I was instead offered a store credit of $25 or a refund on my shipping cost $10. Both of which were in my eyes inadequate when my purchase was $93 and some change. Their policy lists if they can't send a replacement of broken goods then they'll refund BOTH the price of the item and the shipping. The rep was incredibly short with their response when I brought this up and asked for them to honor their policy. They refunded the product cost but left out refunding my shipping even though it says they would refund it in these circumstances. When a company doesn't follow their own policies listed in their FAQ it's pretty sketchy.

Grotto Beast deliver issues but resolved in the end!
I ordered a Grotto Beast starter pack and the delivery was unfortunately done by Hermes, so the package was carelessly tossed outside someone else's home and lost. Thankfully, Simona from the Customer Experience team was very understanding and offered store credit to place another order. Thankfully my neighbour had rescued my package and gave it to me in the end so I received my product safe and sound.
I let Simona know that the order had arrived and she deleted the store credit for me. It's a shame I couldn't keep the store credit but I would have felt terrible about keeping it a secret as the company was so kind and helpful!
All I ask is that you guys send dispatch notifications and stop using Hermes/Evri in the UK!

Communication is key
Communication is key! When there have been no issues with my orders, orders come in quickly.
There was an instance when an order was delayed, Represent immediately contacted me to let me know and gave me an ETA.
There was an instance where I was sent the wrong merchandise. Represent responded swiftly and accordingly.
There was an instance where something provided to me was not working and Represent responded with courtesy and patience every time I emailed to say I could not access what was provided to me.
For any instance that I had to reach out to Represent, I was never given the run around.
They are a wonderful company to work with and provide quality products.

Amazing!!!
I’ve never been disappointed in my purchase. Timing is usually accurate. Anytime there’s a delay, I am informed immediately and everything still comes as ordered. Sometimes I’ll even get my package early!! Amazing service. I hope this company grows even bigger.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order. I would like to be able to track the shipment, but when I click on the link in the email it just states it will start shipping May 1. Which changed from April 1. I’m left in the dark!!

It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to even be shipped. I contacted the company twice and all they can say is that it’s running late. That is unacceptable. I get that there may be a back order, but be in contact with your customers about it. I shouldn’t have to reach out to see what is going on. And don’t have a shipping date when you purchase the item because that’s what I went off of when I bought it in the first place! It should have been here by now!!
