I have no complaints about Represent. They are punctual with their order delivery and overall the shirts I have purchased are great and soft!

Ordered merch from Tommyinnit and it arrived on time and in good condition, and it's a nice shirt that looks like it was advertised as. Nothing more I could really want from a clothing company lol so 5/5 for me

Shipping cost to EU + customs fee is almost the price of a 30$ t-shirt.
Quality of the t-shirt material + type of collar (Garment-Dyed T-shirt) prior customization is below average. Very disappointed - so much I actually made this review post.
Will not shop with represent influencer campaigns again.

For the most part, this merch site has yet to fail me :] the shipping sometimes gets additional taxes here but nothing they can do about it
The quality is fine, and the hoodies especially are very warm and soft, tho the print on it was hit or miss, sometimes they are very good and sometimes they are more grainy
However the customer support is awesome and communication about any issue with them is always smooth and i appreciate it, unlike other merch sites i had used before

The product was great quality with timely production. Additionally, when I thought there was an issue with my order, the customer service team was very professional and responsive - even after I realized the product in question was ordered through them. So, great purchase experience and great customer service experience.

I ordered a phone case and it was to small for my son's phone they were very nice and polite and refunded the cost as soon as they received the phone case from me. The entire process was very easy to understand and very fast. Thank you!! You are all awesome!!

Purchased for my 12 yr old son as a Christmas gift. Well, he was one happy kid. Shirts are very good quality, true to size and didn't shrink in the wash. Which also make this mom happy to 😄

I bought from this company because they had coreyxkensin merch. Corey trusted them with his Merch and I see why, I got my stuff way before they said I would.

I had no issues with my purchases. I ordered a few items on Thanksgiving day as a birthday/Christmas gift for my oldest son, before I made my purchase I noticed it said I would receive both items after Christmas. I honestly wasn't surprised since the items I bought were hot ticket (popular) items. I appreciated the honesty from the website before actually committing to the purchase. I bought them anyway with the expectation of not getting them till after Christmas BUT to my surprise they both shipped and showed up the week before. My son is very happy with his gifts, the process was easy and painless. I honestly have no complaints and will purchase again

Represent has improved so much! 2 years in a row my son didn’t receive his Cory Kenshin merch by Christmas. This Christmas his merch arrived early and son was thrilled! Thanks for the improvements on the quality of the items and the shipping/delivery! It matters to your customers!

My 17 year old grandson requested some of your clothes for Christmas.
He loved all the shirts and pants and they fit perfectly.

I’ve ordered a lot of items from the Friends special sale and from Rainn Wilson’s sales. All items have been received on time or early and all item were absolutely as promised! I love being able to buy specialty items from my favorite celebrities and help them raise money for their respective charities. I will be a customer for life!

I was SUPER happy that Represent was able to fill my order in time for the holidays this year. They did a great job setting expectations on when it would ship, and it ended up arriving before anticipated. I'm very grateful!

I received everything I ordered and the quality of the items is great. One minor gripe was the shipping time but, it's all good. I ordered early and received the order before Christmas.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. Delivery was a little bit slow but it was on christmas time so it was expected.

I placed my order on Dec 4th. I was told my order would ship on Dec 12th. I didn't receive my order till January 31st and only after several email correspondence. When I asked for compensation for the failure to deliver, I received a $7 store credit coupon. Which frankly, I won't be using. Because there's nothing available for $7 and I highly doubt it would be delivered if I did order. Also this review would be very different if Represent was communicative. If they had said my package was delayed or why? But I wouldn't have heard anything and I'd be out $70 had I not reached out to them first. Very poor customer service. They asked me if I want a refund or if I wanted to wait for my order?? Um. I bought it. I want it?

Seems that order is stalled somewhere.
Order was placed beginning of November, received an order confirmation that order would be shipped beginning of December. Now in the first days of February still no parcel has been received, no mails have been received, on the tracking last info is about it being in Prague, Czech Republic (im from Poland so what?) on 7th of December, but money has been taken. After mail to support the response was that orders may take 8 weeks to be delivered.
