I’ve taken part in market research twice through Research Opinions. Both times it was super easy to sign up. The actual focus groups are interesting and you even get free drinks/snacks sometimes. Payment afterwards is simple. Overall, I really enjoy participating in research through Research Opinions.

Total transparency right from recruiting to sharing communications all the way to remind on the day of the research. Very easy to get in touch and clarify questions if any. Information is given to the T makes life a lot easier.

I got a email about a survey that would pay £60 to trial nicotine pouches. After completing the first week of diaries the survey wouldn’t allow me to complete the 2nd week. After contacting the company and getting ignored I contacted Research Opinions who sent me the original e mail to be ignored again. What a waste of time, I didn’t get a choice with the delivery time of the products and had to change my plans on a Saturday as I had to sign and show ID for them, and then wasted all the time I invested into the first week of daily diaries and surveys for nothing. Thanks Research Opinions I won’t be wasting my time on any more surveys

This was a lovely experience. I really enjoyed the research, and the researcher was very informative.

I was asked to assist with some research related to my work as an accountant. The booking process was really good and easy with lots (*but not too many*) emails and reminders.

The interview with Jess was interesting, easy and she was very organised in her approach. She completely respected the time booked both ringing dead on the start time and not running over at all.

A really pleasant easy experience and would definitely recommend others consider both using them for their work or signing up to be a participant.

After being accepted for a research study the support I received throughout was excellent. It was a week long… I messed up part of it but was very quickly put back on track. Any questions answered within a few hours. Would do again.

Apart from an initial problem with connection, which was rectified by the interviewer, no problem, it was a unique and excellent interview.
