Camera arrived broken and no messages have been responded to I will be doing a chargeback at this rate

Used once and now wont work. Charging light on but wont turn on. Friends has done exactly the same yet neither of us heard back from company. Tried contacticting multiple times.

Terrible company.
Camera broke after one charge and completely ignoring my emails to request to return the item.
Stay away. Absolute scam of a company

If I could give less stars I would. I purchased this camera with a guarantee of delivery before Christmas. This was important as I wanted it for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary on Boxing Day, it arrived late and so could not be used. The product seemed good at first glance until I tried to turn it on, the ability to do this was intermittent but I persevered and managed to take it out to get some test shots. The quality is that of a child’s camera and one that reminds me of the earliest digital cameras of less that 1MP. I understand this is ‘retro’ but with a 8MP boast I expected a bit more.
I also expected more from the company. I have contacted Retro Snap now on 3 separate occasions to ask how I can return my obviously faulty product and receive an automated reply that they will get back to me within 48 hours, which I can only assume is 48 days as it has now been over a week and still nothing.
I could not recommend this product or company any less and would suggest that anyone that wants to buy one of these cameras may do better to purchase a toy camera as the picture quality and product will be far superior.

Item never received in time for Christmas despite latest date for delivery being offered well before Christmas. Being denied a refund even though I have brought a replacement gift elsewhere now as I realised it wasn’t arriving in time. I strongly recommend you read their terms of service before considering buying ANYTHING from this company - they basically hold no obligation to stand by anything they advertise or offer on their website apparently.

Still no reply to emails, attempts to contact via chat, and tracking info shows nothing other than that order received….on 6 December!!! Unacceptable wait, awful customer service. Order number: 210425

Please please please do not trust this website. My mom tried buying me a Christmas gift from here. It was the R36S Hand Held Game Console. It had a significant percent off. Turns out they created the shipping label and never sent the package out but they claimed they did. Also they said it was created in the U.S but the label said it was “shipped” from China. They said they would not do refunds but once they were confronted and the bank was involved, they sent the refund form no questions asked. Very shady. Watch out for any surprising too good to be true deals. I hope you see this Retro Snap and you are ashamed. Your business won’t go far if this continues. I’m sure I can get an even better handheld somewhere more reputable and not shady.

Took far too long to arrive after ordering also

Don't buy one! I made the Same experience: the camera won't turn on anymore. Iafter i sent it back there was No contact whatsoever - the Homepage was deletet, E-Mails won't Go through anymore.
Very Bad!

Recieved a retro snap camera as a birthday gift, and after only 3 uses the camera has stopped working and won’t turn on.
I tried to seek advice via the website but the domain no longer exists and have tried to e-mail but the message hasn’t delivered.

Bad camera, broke instantly

I've recently received mine but having loads of problems with it crashing and turning itself off/not turning on from the very first time using it. Has had problems every time I've used. It crashes constantly and dies. The photos it has taken are really blurry and poor quality, would not recommend. Very expensive for a terrible camera

Everything was fine with the delivery of the product. I received it quickly and well packed.
I only notice that the colour “face” of the camera is not as a good quality as it seems in the pictures online. Also it doesn’t stick completely flat and sand could go through the side when going to the beach. On the bottom the plastic rubber to cover the SD card and USB-C entrance takes a little time to get into place properly and I fear it to losen over time. Also the USB-C included cable (with the USB-C at the other end, you also get one with an USB end) didn’t work in my Mac. Luckily I had one lying around in my house. Maybe I had a cable with an error. Also the screen you look through is blurry and not sharp.
I’m pleased with being able to choose different filters! That is a cool option and the light on the screen is not too bright when taking pictures in the dark. The quality of the pictures are as best as to expect from such a camera, no complaints there.
Overall I’m happy with this camera. After finishing to write this I have to change my given 4 stars to 3 stars because I believe the negatives could be improved. Certainly for the cost of the camera.

I didn’t expect too much from this camera but it pleasantly surprised me. Arrived within a few days and the packaging is cool. The camera itself feels light and like there is nothing to it, but it delivers.
It has a flash on/off/auto feature, as well as 5 build in filters. The point and shoot idea really does bring a sense of nostalgia, especially having to wait to see what you’ve captured. I was so pleased with the results.
Camera comes with a USB charger cable, a USB-c cable for transferring, a soft case, and an SD memory card. I bought a SD reader to plug straight into my iPhone.
My only grumble, which is hardly a grumble, is that the battery died after about 100 photos, but it charged up quickly with my portable charger.
The first time I transferred my photos, the camera died and took a long time to charge back up. I did read another review in here explaining what the cause could be, so I wasn’t too worried.
All in all, it’s a fun camera and can’t wait to take it on more of my adventures.

Love my Retro Snap Camera. Takes me right back to pre-digital days when we weren't obsessed with looking perfect in every single photo. It's a great point and click camera that brings the fun back to photography. It's super easy to use, has great filters and holds tonnes of photos. Delivery was quick and hassle free.

Shipping was quick. I was a little skeptical about the image quality, but it is exactly what I wanted. I am really happy — the camera is super light and easy to carry. I love it!!

The camera is terrible. I took 3 test photos which all turned out dark and blurry, and the camera stopped working after that until I manually reset it. Customer service was very good though and helpful when sorting out the return and refund.

Waited ages for the delivery then when it arrived I was disappointed ☹️ the camera feels cheap. The coloured front cover doesn’t fit properly. And the photos aren’t really that good. Overall very disappointing I was looking forward to using it going old school! But no.

Lovely little camera! Good photos for the price and the pic styles are very cool. The covers are great for personalizing too.
