Heather with the revent optics team was absolutely amazing. I reached out with what I thought was a wrong pair of lenses and it turned out to be user error. (I picked the wrong sunglasses to replace lenses). But they were responsive and quick to answer concerns and couldn’t be happier with the company. I will be definitely using them in the future and will refer any friends to them as needed.

Excellent lens and fit my Oakleys and fitting them was so easy to do. They even have a video for you to follow. Packaged very well and easy to track delivery from USA. Used the company before and replaced my other Oakley lens. All were scratched due to a lot of use over the many years and both are like new again. Very pleased with delivery, quality and ease of replacing them. Such a great option when you have frames you enjoy. Highly recommended from my experience and value for money.

I first contacted Costa about getting some lenses for my sunglasses with no luck.. I sent photos qnd Costa didn't even know the model I had. Only help I got from Costa was that my glasses were discontinued and offered no help at all other than a discount on another pair of glasses. A pic to Revant quickly identified the model as Costa Pawleys they had the lenses in stock amd a few days later I had my favorite sunglasses back.

I had an older pair of Oakley's and the lenses I ordered did not fit. They were quick to send out a new pair once I got the lens measured. They were far more helpful and friendlier than the Oakley store.
The other lenses I bought for my Holbrooks are great.

I ordered the wrong size lens, totally my fault. I sent an email stating my mistake. Heather reached out to me to offer her assistance. She had me send some pictures of my frames and lenses. I just received my new lenses and they future perfectly. Thanks Revant and Heather.

I attempted calling and contacting them but have not gotten any responses and phone just says we are to busy to answer a call on repeat. I ordered a week ago and item just says label created pending pick up. Stay away from Revant order elsewhere.

I ordered lenses for Oakley Fives Squared glasses in Hungary, they arrived in 18 days, tasteful box and case, perfectly fitting and surface lenses, they also sent me an instructional video on how to replace them.

Bought one custom fit for one pair of Ray Bans and bought loose lenses for the other Pair of Wayfarers. The lenses for the wayfarers rattled in the frames and ultimately just fell out.
Sent them in hoping they could figure a way to make these ill fitting lenses stay in the frames... they just wanted to sell me another custom fitting at (of course) a higher price. They're wayfarers man, could they be more common? On the upside the frames they sent back with only one lens was packaged nice.
I have 7 pairs of Ray Bans .. I wont get scammed again.

Oakley lenses supplied were the wrong size for the frame even though the correct procedure was followed. Quality and cut was poor with patchy coating. AI generated email responses keep you going around in circles. Highly recommend you avoid this seller especially if you live abroad.

I wish could rate it less than zero. I ordered lenses for costa fathom and I installed the lenses and they keep popping out of the frame I have tried multiple times and keep getting the same results. I have contacted Revant multiple times to exchange the lenses and I have had no success all I get are more questions and no results. In my opinion it is not worth the hassle. I truly was hoping to find quality replacement lenses for my Costa glasses . I will just buy new glasses in the future and save the time and hassle . They say that the issue is resolved in their reply but they have not resolved anything.

I ordered Oakly replacement lenses and received Ray Ban lenses. I emailed customer service and didn't get a reply until I emailed them for a second time. I explained that I received the wrong order and was asked to send a picture of the package. I did what they asked and even put the order receipt that says Oakly lenses on it next to the package. I didn't hear anything from them so after 5 hours after sending the picture I emailed customer service again asking what we are going to do to fix their shipping mistake. They won't answer me back, I finally asked if they are not going to fix their mistake to refund my money, they ignored that too. It's ridiculous that I have to go through all this stuff over their shipping mistake. They say customer service is important to them but I highly disagree, not happy with this company. I don't understand why they won't fix what they did, all paperwork says Oakly lenses and they took my money for Oakly lenses but I have Ray Ban lenses that are useless to me. I don't know if this is a every day practice for this company but it isn't right. I didn't do anything wrong, they sent the wrong product and will not fix it. All I want are the Oakly lenses, I don't want or need the Ray Ban lenses and would happily send them back for the correct lenses I ordered but I can't get anyone from Revant to fix this problem. It's a simple fix, so why so shady? Beware.

Three sets of lenses within 13 months - every single one of them delaminated. Trying to get these guys to honour their warranty is like pulling teeth. Apparently now, according to them, because the original pair were purchased 13 months ago; all the replacements are now void of warranty. Needless to say that’s a breach of their legal responsibilities. They now expect me to pay for more of their crappy product. Absolutely shocking to deal with.
