I had a very frustrating experience with Reviews.io. The platform appears to promote itself as a trusted review service, but in reality, it feels highly misleading and unreliable.

I personally tried to submit a legitimate review, but instead of getting proper support, I was sent in circles by an automated bot that never resolved my issue. There was no clear way to complete the process or get real human assistance.

It raises serious concerns about how reviews are handled and whether the system is designed more to benefit businesses seeking positive ratings rather than providing an honest and transparent platform for customers.

Based on my experience, I cannot trust this service and would not recommend it to others looking for a fair and genuine review platform.

They rejected to list my company on their platform. Said it's "high-risk" and they are not listing such companies anymore because companies can do fake reviews that will attract people to invest in potentially scam projects. Then try to make at least some moderation on your platfrom.

The only good thing about this website is fast support replys. But they are not even respectful tho.

Good product but disappointing exit experience — 30 day cancellation notice on a monthly rolling contract is not clearly communicated upfront. Also unable to export your own reviews without upgrading. Switched to Judge.me which is better value for small businesses.

FAKE REVIEWS - my company has been fraudulently represented as a reviewer of someone that we have never heard of. To be clear we have never done business with them but seem to have provided a review anyway!!!

Tons of fake reviews and 4+ star ratings to absolutely rubbish companies, that either don't even have reviews anywhere else, or lower than 2 stars on other platforms. Just another marketing tool for companies that have no other way to get "ratings" for their awful service/products.

We've been using reviews.io for a few months and it's been a nightmare. They claim to be easily integrated but ultimately I had to reverse engineer their own service to make it work on our company's website and product database, it's still half broken (I fixed the frontend, they refuse to do anything to fix the backend) and we've been pursuing it being fixed for months with nothing but stalling and an occasion of them seeing *my* front-end development band-aid and showing it to me claiming their dev team had fixed the problem. Now they finally got back to us after 3 months of waiting since I fixed their faulty system myself, and they claimed the underlying issue can only be resolved by buying their most expensive plan and programming the solution myself.

they are scammers company don’t trust them

rubbish made a honest review on website because i was negative they don't want to put it up coz they get money for good reviews only i guess

used splat for thec&st btime, they were the cheapest for farrow & ball egg shell exterior pain. Free delivery and paint arrived the next day. brilliant

I cant review a company... Also they are not allowed me to create a page. Why are doing this ? Is this all bout for money ?

Reviews.io confirmation email never arrives. I have been a webmaster for 30 years and I tried to leave reviews there on several occasions but their confirmation email never arrives. Don't waste your time with reviews.io or you will be running and screaming io! io! io! io! io!

A serious issue came up, causing significant stress as I tried to resolve it on my own. After reading online reviews and recommendations about Jack Lisa, I decided to reach out to them for help. Their team responded quickly and clearly, sparing me from long wait times or confusing communication. The support staff listened attentively and patiently as I explained the situation and what I needed. It was clear throughout the process that they were committed to fully understanding the problem before offering a solution.

I tried to cancel my free trial before I was charged but was unable to do so because they don't have a way to do it through the website.

I then contacted them and they said they could not cancel it for me. I was eventually charged and the refused to give a refund. I had to charge back with my bank before anything happened.

Excellent support. I had a problem logging into my account. I contacted support and they helped me immediately, the very minute I contacted them.

Lots of shady/scam websites seem to proudly embed this website as proof they're legitimate, but quickly looking at their pages shows it's evidently mass botted or faked.
This review site seems to make this almost purposeful by making it near impossible to take such reviews down, alongside having what's practically a useless support service.

I’m honestly furious with this experience. The way my listing was denied makes absolutely no sense. I’ve seen other businesses doing the same kind of work get approved without any issues, yet mine was rejected with no real explanation. It feels like new businesses are treated unfairly, and the inconsistency is incredibly frustrating. If this is how they support growing companies, it’s extremely disappointing.

Higher subscription fees !
