Perfect experience with Rhino Africa
Our experience with Rhino Africa was absolutely perfect. We worked with Justine to plan a two-week trip to South Africa, including stays in Cape Town, Winelands and a safari. Planning such a big trip from the US was daunting. But from the very first email communication, Justine laid out a trip that incorporated all of our requests and more, and answered all of our questions. It was the trip of our dreams and we have Justine to thank for that!

Great Africa experience
Tara and her team delivered an amazing experience. Between the selection of our hotels in multiple cities, which were all exceptional, and the programming itself, which accounted for activities appropriate for our 3 small children, everything overdelivered. Everything was flawless
We had an excellent experience with this agency during our safari trip. From the very beginning, the transportation arrangements were smooth, punctual and very well organised.
What really stood out was their flexibility and support with last-minute changes. Our plans shifted during the trip, and the team handled all adjustments quickly and efficiently, always making us feel reassured and well taken care of.
Communication was clear, responsive and professional throughout. It made a big difference to have such reliable support while travelling.

Wonderful Experience
Despite some initial roadblocks and delays, Rhino Africa planned an unforgettably wonderful time. They planned every detail to perfection, and everything went off without a hitch. Every reservation, transfer, and tour was perfect. The accommodation choices were impeccable.
The entire trip was perfect. My only caveat is that the traveler would be well-advised to carefully read the Terms and Conditions of the "100% Refundable Deposit” because it’s not as straightforward as one might wish.

Great itinerary put together for us by Rhino Africa to drive from Cape Town to WIndhoek. All the accommodation was perfect and very varied. Some of the driving times which came straight from Google were very optimistic based on the terrain. More local knowledge of conditions needed. Also an extra N$445 per vehicle road tax had to be paid when taking the vehicles from SA to Namibia, which wasn't mentioned. The quality of the trucks was excellent, 2 spare wheels included. Enjoyed every bit of the trip.

Last Journey to Africa
We just finished our 9th trip to Africa with Rhino Africa and they have never failed to deliver. They simply make your stay in Africa so easy, elegant and a bit crazy at the same time (crazy in a great way) Every transfer and booking are seamless. All the Hotels and Camps they recommend are top notch.

Just returned from a once in a lifetime…
Just returned from a once in a lifetime trip to see the gorillas in Rwanda and a safari in Kenya. Rhino Africa booked us a fabulous trip that was seamless and well handled with their partner company in East Africa. We have worked with Janine before and she is a dedicated agent. We did have a mixup in our itinerary but she was able to make the switch for us without additional cost to us which was much appreciated. We will gladly use Rhino again for any more of our African adventures!

Three trips arranged by Rhino Africa
Just arrived home after our 3rd trip arranged by Icon Expeditions/Rhino Africa. We appreciate how our consultant, Ian Kriek, really listened to what we were hoping for from each trip and made some brilliant suggestions based on his first hand knowledge and our personal circumstances. This last trip included 4 internal flights and stays in Sabi Sands, Victoria Falls, Zambia and Cape Town. Everything went smoothly and we were treated to some wonderful experiences to celebrate 40 years of marriage. Ian being on the end of a phone gave us confidence that if there were any hiccups, he would quickly find a solution. We even met Ian in Camps Bay for a drink and to thank him in person. Our experience with the company and Ian have ensured our trips to South Africa have been exciting, hassle free leading to a great love of this country. Although this was going to be our last visit, we are already looking to how we can finance our next last visit!!

We had an outstanding safari experience organized by Rhino Africa. Our stay at Madikwe Kopano Lodge and Marataba Safari Lodge was simply fantastic.
When heavy rainfall forced the closure of lodges in Kruger National Park, Rhino Africa reacted immediately and rearranged our itinerary at very short notice. Thanks to their professionalism, flexibility, and excellent support, we were still able to enjoy an unforgettable safari in other beautiful reserves.
A truly first-class service — we highly recommend Rhino Africa for anyone planning a luxury safari.

Lifetime memories
I did not know where to begin to arrange a trip to South Africa. On investigating options, I found Rhino Africa and reached out to them with my requests. Their representative responded and did a fabulous job organizing the perfect trip by arranging accommodations, flights, transfers to and from airports and hotels and tours. They organized and individualized my trip to meet all of my requests. Our representative was patient and efficient and listened to our interests and needs. This is more than a 5 star company. The two week trip was flawless. The safari was a life time experience. The workers, food, drinks and accommodations were above our expectations. They went out of their way to make sure everything was wonderful. I will and have recommended Rhino Africa and would definitely use them again.

Incredible Support
First, the detail with which Tara Beckett delivered our itinerary exactly in line with our request, and with some additional suggestions that showed great knowledge was exceptional. However, what was even more exceptional was the attention she gave when we were on our holiday. The rains came to such an extent that it became impossible to stay in the South Kruger. Rather than leaving us to our own devices, Tara gave up her Sunday to rearrange everything from our Game reserve and safari lodge to transportation. Communication was incredible in the circumstances and we ended up with a fantastic safari experience when it could have been a disaster without Tara's support. We will always use Rhino Africa when we visit the African continent. Thank you!

Wonderful Game Lodge booked with Rhinoafrica
We had in Janaury booked via Rhinoafrica a wonderful stay in Morukuru River Lodge in Madikwe. We where 7 people, 6 adult and one child age 3. We had this faimly lodge for us alone. Own driver, own Cook, own staff. Absolutely recommandable. 5 nights of wonderful game drives, wonderful people and so much care and so many nice moments .
We have been picked up from hotel in JB, brought back, save driver...so everey single moment was well organzied and arranged.
We book safaries with Rhinoafrica now for more than 10 years and never faced any single problem. 100 points ( and absolut good and perfect support by Anja Kemp)
