RHS Plants Reviews 

The RHS had a plant for which I had been searching for some time They will be the first place I look in future. The plants ordered were in excellent condition and very well packaged. I have never received a mail order plant in poor condition from them, whereas this is not the case with other online suppliers.

I was absolutely amazed by the speed of delivery, I had expected it to take a couple of weeks, but it arrived after a couple of day. So well packaged, I felt sure the little plant hiding inside would be in good condition despite its rapid journey. It was. I had signs of damage, probably from handling, but nothing to worry about. Acclimatized it to my pond, then planted it in a basket with an aquatic compost and sack cloth.

I soon began reaching for the surface and after the first leaf breach the water more soon followed. It has been in my pond about two weeks, maybe a bit less, and has sprouted 7 new leaves, 3 of with have already reached the service with others to follow soon. I'm looking forward to the first bloom in due course.

Perfect rise. Perfect packaging

I paid to have the plant delivered on a specific Friday because it was a present and because I was going to be away the following week. Unfortunately it wasn’t delivered until the Monday when I was away. I contacted customer care who reimbursed me for the postage and arranged to send a new plant. Your delivery people let you down but your customer care service helped to rectify the situation

As expected the RHS supplied good healthy sturdy shrubs. They were well packed and arrived without damage. I've bought from them before and will doubtless do so again.

RHS are so helpful and all the information is very clear. The plants come in excellent condition.

The items were damaged and a new batch was ordered however, I want given a date even though I had paid for a named date

The order was dealt with promptly and communication was good - delivery was one day late because the couriers encountered road works which threw their schedule - their customer service was good and the plant did not suffer as it could have given the temperatures

Ordering is easy and arrives quickly.
The RHS plants are very good quality However what I don’t like is when they change my order without my knowledge to come from Crocus whose plants are of very bad quality
