Cable Too Stiff
The cable appears well made but it is overly stiff!
I reached out to the company and did not provide a practical solution. The cable is not pliable to work with varying options of port configurations and is not advisable to conform or twist it.
The customer service response is very slow.

So, regarding the cable's stiffness, there's very little we can do. In other words, a lot of copper, shielding, dielectrics, and so on inevitably make the cable stiffer than a cheaper cable. We really can't do anything about this; our copper is extremely pure, so compared to many other quality cables, ours are significantly less stiff, but the cheaper cables are truly unbeatable, sorry.
There's no solution to this. What you can do is get a cable that's a little longer than you need, so it bends more easily.
As for the slowness in responding to you, that's probably related to the time difference. One way to further reduce response times is to message us directly on WhatsApp at this number: +39 0321 92 12 71.

Ricable cable HDMI I2S - Nice and Sweet ... audio POW
The experience with HDMI cable is different from other cables like interconnect, power etc. I evaluate HDMI I2S cable from audio perspective, not video. The evaluation was made against more known cable as Audioquest, Wireworld, Roboli, QED, and other few form top to bottom as price range and surprisingly, this cable did not disappoint in terms of audio quality, even outperforming cables that cost twice as much and are highly regarded, but it failed to deliver the special magic that top-of-the-line I2S cables such as Audioquest or Roboli offer, at a price that is at least 10 times higher. I recommend this cable for use in i2S connections at a price and product quality that will not disappoint you. Let's hope that this product will be improved and will surprise us with the qualities of the top products mentioned above. Thank you, Ricable, for your promptness and fast customer service. Good product and packaging but FedEx...
Good product and packaging, but shipping with FedEx is a challenge for everyone. I live in the countryside so after five days, two visits to their office and a lot of extra driving I got the package in my hand. Maybe you should ship with a more consumer friendly company.
