Good service

Everything fine and tv arrived on time and works well. The store was fine as usual.

Super helpful staff. Wanted to change part of my order before it shipped, no problem. There’s was a couple of small chips on my brand new triangle audio speakers, was given a decent amount of money off as I didn’t want to swap them out. Great service

Delivery team were great. Contacted me before the drop off and were very helpful in making sure everything was ok with my mum.

i have been a customer at this store for many years now, they have never let me down. whatever the business and marketing teams do behind the scenes, the staff in this store ensure they are applied to the customers fairly.
always my first stop when looking for a new piece of equipment.

Mic quality isn't great for voice memos, (probably worse for anything else that isn't a voice too) - noise suppression tech seems to be working on overdrive and there isn't a clear way to adjust this. Sound quality is generally good for the price point and the ear pads and head piece are squishy and comfy. The build quality feels a bit like it could break at any point as it's mostly plastic, so a case might be worth getting, but for £29 they pack a fair amount in.

Noah was super helpful over the phone and got me to the place where I could make an informed decision and buy there and then which was ideal for me. He took me through some technical payment issues with care and calm and I didn't feel like I was being oversold anything. Great service.

My 5 year old TV I bought from Richer Sounds went wrong. It could not be repaired due to its age but I was offered a generous voucher to spend at Richer Sounds. The Bristol staff I spoke to over the phone could not do enough to suggest a replacement and within days I received a new TV and soundbar which are excellent. The final cost was also extremely competitive.

Tried to take advantage of the PayPal 3 monthly payment but staff advised too difficult / not possible over the phone - had to do online that evening?
On collection, asked staff about HDMI lead included or not, either in TV or soundbar package - could not provide a definitive answer but intimated likely included with the soundbar. It was not - had to purchase a HDMI after setting up new TV & soundbar .... not ideal.
