Excellent experience. Trav and Paul delivered within the time slot and were careful to ask permission for photographs. We have used Richer sounds before and will continue to do so.

Warwick & Rob delivered on time today after first telephoning to let me know they were on there way.Excellent service.

Trav and Karol were brilliant. Messaged and called beforehand to let me know when they were coming and when they were on their way. Expert advise on setting up the system and to call if there were any trouble. Had a great chat about Star Wars Lego and Lord of the Rings too!

Delivery was super quick next working day. (Mon as I ordered Friday) I received notice of the time slot within 24hrs and again the day before to confirm. The delivery was prompt and confirmed on the morning by text and then a quick call when close by. The 2 guys were polite and quick bringing the TV and Soundbar into the house and ensuring all was good before they took a quick pic for their recs and I was good to go. Can’t fault Richer Sounds for the whole experience buying anything. Have and always will continue to use and recommend them.

Got a call from Warwick advised me they were 15mins from delivery, arrived as scheduled & both Paul & Warwick were professional, delivered the TV all in 5mins, great service, thanks.

Advice provided over the phone on suitability of a wall bracket for my choice of TV. Purchased both TV and wall bracket. Delivery was excellent with email confirmation and a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Delivery guy was even kind enough to bring the TV indoors for me which was welcomed due to a medical condition I am currently suffering. Overall, top team.

Great from start to finish
Matt at Stockport store came out to my home to assist as I am disabled. No pushy sales. Matt listened to our needs and made suggestions. We settled on 3 and received a quote within 36 hrs. Placed order and delivered next day by the excellent Trav & Karol who gave a 2 hour delivery window and then a 30 min call to confirm. I wish I had arranged installation but you live and learn. It’s not difficult but very bulky

I couldn’t be happier. From the initial purchase made over the phone with Justin, who was extremely helpful, to the efficient and friendly delivery by Carol and Paul, the whole experience was excellent.

Having previously tried to make the same purchase through John Lewis, the difference in customer service was striking. I’ve been a loyal John Lewis customer for many years, but Richer Sounds were far more helpful, responsive and straightforward to deal with. They also offered better value and a lower overall cost.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely seems to value its customers and makes the whole process so easy. I will definitely shop with them again.
