Had already checked out other suppliers for my choice,just needed to get best deal & Richer Sounds were streets ahead,price wise & guarantee! Joe in Chester store answered all my queries,from purchase to delivery by Karol & Paul in 4 working days.Fortunately able to be at home on delivery day,as no alternative was mentioned. Otherwise very pleased from start to finish!

I couldn’t be happier. From the initial purchase made over the phone with Justin, who was extremely helpful, to the efficient and friendly delivery by Carol and Paul, the whole experience was excellent.

Having previously tried to make the same purchase through John Lewis, the difference in customer service was striking. I’ve been a loyal John Lewis customer for many years, but Richer Sounds were far more helpful, responsive and straightforward to deal with. They also offered better value and a lower overall cost.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely seems to value its customers and makes the whole process so easy. I will definitely shop with them again.

Took a delivery of a 65”tv to my second floor flat.Karol and Paul did a superb job of getting it right to the door then inside for me.Great service and a credit to Richer Sounds.They asked if I needed any more help but I was fine.

My son accepted the delivery and said the two that brought the TV were nice. And usually he is a bit jittery around people he doesn't know.

Ordered Tv on line with Richer Sounds.Easy process. Believed delivery would be 5 working days but was in fact 2 working days!
Follow up text message confirming purchase then another message confirming delivery date.
Text message then followed with 3hr delivery window and then a message confirming arrival in 5 minutes.
On the day dealt with Gareth and Mark who looked and acted very professional and were very polite annd friendly .Even offering to take there shoes off before entering our property.

Gareth was a polite friendly bloke. kept me upto date on when he was going to arrive and was on time. Also was very careful and helpful with my product. Nothing was to much. Gareth is a credit to your company. If only all delivery people were like this. Keep him he is a good one 😀

Gareth and karol carried our new TV down to our games room at the bottom of the garden. 100 metres. Very kind of them. They were both very polite and good humoured. Even on the hottest day of the year.

Our television was delivered by Gareth and Paul. I received a call telling me they were on their way and they arrived exactly on time. They were both friendly and helpful taking the time to check the packaging for any signs of damage.
