A really good Pure Classic Stereo and very helpful customer service person.
The sound quality of the system is very good and it was very easy to set up. The customer services person at Richer Sounds was really helpful as I had struggled finding the individual measurements of the whole stereo system.

Excellent Customer Service
We went along to the Eton branch to discuss and buy a TV and it was Mark who assisted us. He was excellent, knew his stuff, was very polite and patient with us. Will definitely be buying from Richer Sounds again when the need arises. Their six year guarantee is amazing and gives great piece of mind.

Ask for a demo before you buy!
I went in looking for a cheap amplifier to test that a multi disc CD player was working correctly. I was recommended a £700 Cambridge Audio amp which was over my requirements. I selected Argon Audio speakers with active amplification.
The product exceeded my expectations due to the connectivity, blue tooth, Digital Optical, RCA and HDMI. Equally, the sound output is detailed, smooth and plenty loud.
I went to pay but my VIP membership wasn’t registered but that was sorted and after reminding, I got my VIP discount.
There is no question that Richer Sounds delivers excellent value, a wide selection of audio and visual products.
What could be better? A bit more customer service and experience, an offer to demonstrate the product, ensure the customer understands how to setup or install, connectivity etc.

I've used Richer Sounds several times for buying HiFi equipment, they have always been knowledgeable and helpful, but never try to push you to a particular brand or model, leaving that for the customer to decide. I would highly recommend them.
