I visited Richer Sounds in Eton and was looked after by Mark — his attention to detail and customer service were second to none. He went out of his way to make everything as cost-effective as possible, and thanks to his help I left with two TVs and soundbars. Outstanding service — highly recommended!

Proper human shopping experience :)
I was able to call ahead and reserve the TV I wanted. Got advice about parking nearby. It was brought out promptly when I got there and I was able to have a little chat about mounting it.

Excellent Customer Engagement
Mark was amazing. Very patient during the demo, we asked to hear several combinations which he accommodated happily. Once we decided, with his guidance, he got us the best deal he could.
We set all the equipment up, very happy.
Superb shop and customer service, highly recommended. We will be a returning customer

Denon PMA600NE bargain
The amplifier was a clearance bargain. No damage, works perfectly. Already reduced in price, I was given the VIP reduction of 10%, a total of £100 off full price (or 25%). I reserved it and it was ready for me to collect. Works well with my ProJect turntable bought from the very same shop.
