A Great Shoppibg Experience
So happy to go to Richer Sounds and get what we wanted. The guys were so helpful and polite, knowledgeable too. The actual place has parking too if needed and the deal for guarantee for 6 years at £30 was superb. Delivery was next day. A great shopping experience.

Richer Sounds really know the products inside out. Mark at Exeter spent quite some time with me on the phone professionally answering lots of questions. I really feel like I have the right TV for me at a really great price.

Had bought a Technics record player…
Had bought a Technics record player which, just over a year, went seriously wrong. RicherSounds got it collected. Several weeks, no info, then they informed me they were waiting for parts, a few days later I was informed they were sending a new one, they have, wow!

I had researched surrounds because I had to replace my Panasonic which was fantastic, went to richer sounds and they were great , they have the one I wanted on display but it was ordered and delivered to me and if I didn’t like it I could send it back, that wasn’t necessary it sounds great and richer sounds are always helpful when I go there .

Richer Sounds offers good advice, excellent service at outstanding prices. Who would want to go to competitors who charge higher prices for the same products, who have no expertise and who provide poor customer service when you can get the best of all three at Richer Sounds? I can't speak highly enough of them and I've been a Richer Sounds customer for more than 45 years. Thank you Richer Sounds and a special mention for Lloyd whose help was much appreciated.

So was looking to upgrade my usher s520 to ae1s 40th anniversary
And Pete at Exeter was brilliant, always answered my emails great advice great price and the option to return for full refund if not what I was after.
Just saying they are an absolute keeper
I thought my ushers with my Rega Aethos and Rega Saturn and node icon sounded sweet
But add the ae1s and, well not being very good at audiophile lingo , they sound different but in an all together better way
I just can’t stop listening to them
