Richer Sounds - Glasgow Reviews 

Simon, the member of staff at Glasgow Richer Sounds, quickly dealt with my query relating to the purchase of an Astell&Kern SP3000T Digital Audio Player. He telephoned back to confirm the price and details for this item when he said he would and was very helpful. The player is amazing - a huge upgrade to my old Apple iPod Touch - in a different league! It has taken a while to understand all the features but it is amazing sound - especially when played through our SONOS speakers. For me, it was a lot of money to spend on this sort of item so I wanted to buy through a company that I had previous good experience with and felt confidence in so hence approached Richer Sounds. The SP3000T is worth the money for the build quality, sound quality and features - very pleased with it.

Friendly service and great advice. They didn’t try to sell me more than I needed, but made sure I got what I wanted. There was a component missing from my purchase and it was sorted by post within 24 hours. Can’t wait to get back and have fun getting more stuff to update my set up.

Tv damaged when removed from box, richer sounds dealt with it and replaced next day. Did not have the model I ordered so they upgraded me for the original price

Helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. Good to talk to someone rather than only looking on internet. The option of collecting from shop or a free delivery useful ( chose collection).
Out of stock but came into shop actually a day earlier than originally expected.

Simon our salesperson was very informative about the item and showed all the features with great patience. He also advised of a deal that was available. He did not pressure in any way. The product ( Argon Fenris speakers) is great. Simon also talked me through a set up blip where I hadn’t switched off the turntable pre-amp.

I contacted Richer sounds in Glasgow and spoke to Jordan with regards to getting demo of Wharfedale EVO 5.4 speakers. I had watched many you tube reviews and I felt I needed to hear for myself. Delivery staff were so careful handling speakers into my house. After maybe 20 mins listening in demo room I was satisfied. I ordered a pair of walnut finish and delivery was July 22nd. Speakers were beautifully packaged and didn’t take long to unpack and connect to my Marantz PM7000n . After 40 mins listening I was blowing away with the quantity of sound.. I guess they will sound even better once run. I would highly recommend Wharfedale EVO .5.4 speaker.. to end first class service as always from Richer sounds in Glasgow.

Fantastic staff with excellent knowledge. In my various trips to Richer Sounds in Glasgow the staff have always suggested the best quality at the price I can afford rather than pushing the latest gadget or highest price. All staff members are very friendly and personable.
