Richer Sounds - Hull Reviews 

I went there with a clear idea of what I wanted and the staff were very knowledgeable and offered alternatives for me to consider but no high pressure sales talk. Their whole aim was to give me the information to make an informed decision.
Once the decision was made, the paperwork and delivery was easy to complete. A thoroughly pleasant experience and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I've bought around 8 items from this store in 7 years. Mainly from Kal, Chappers and recently Joey. If you want a demo as I did on last purchase they had the item set up in the demo room for me to hear. I believe if you give them some notice they can demo most items to view or hear. A service I've not had at other places is they drew my attention to buy the item cheaper. The no brainer is the 6 year warranty on most items which is free. I have paid £10 on one item and was told if I don't claim then I get the £10 back (which after 6 years of cost of living might get me a freddo haha). At least go view what you're intending on buying.

We had a problem with our CD/ Radio . Rang the Hull store was told to return it to the store. Took it back in to them in the afternoon arranged for a replacement to be delivered to my home address the next day . No hassle and I received it the very next day . Now that is very good customer service.

From calling at your shop for some advice on a new TV to replace the one bought from you 6yrs ago i ordered one with you the advice was spot on warranty is second to none, price was good and delivery was great and on time you are 5star to deal with and would recomend to anyone keep up the good work staff are excellent.

The first contact I had was I think with York branch who searched for stock of the product I wanted from clearance -audio pro addon c3 - and said there was one ex service left in Hull and that they would check with them and ask Hull branch to call me
Same day, Joey I think from Hull called and gave me a description of product and confirmation it was the right one, and that it was cheaper than I expected then did payment via the link.
I received the item next day -

We've bought several TVs from Richer Sounds over the years. Good prices, warranties and great choices to choose from.

They have always been very helpful both over the phone and in their shop (Hull).

Most importantly to us, is after sales care. If anything goes wrong or you need help setting up etc, someone will always help you. That's the reason we only ever buy all our TVs from them....the 'after sales care', because they really do care and happy to help 😁🤞👍
