I purchased a Samsung frame tv from richer sounds after having previously purchased a projector with the 6yr warranty, its colour wheel failed after 2.5yrs and they fixed it within a week including pickup and return delivery. I then decided to purchase the Samsung tv following such good service and they even price matched it by over £100

The unit is tiny and the so-called car…
The unit is tiny and the so-called car park was extremely small and rammed with cars from the residential units above the shop. I could not see one of the 10 odd spaces which were marked Richer Sounds. No spaces available in the road outside. As I was due to pick up a TV the lack of parking was a real issue. I genuinely will not be back again.

Thank you for your feedback, although I was of course really sorry to read your comments and that you had difficulty collecting your purchase.
There are roadworks going on locally, apologies, due to this and the increased traffic build up in the area, parking both on and off street is very difficult. Currently we don't have any specifically marked bays for customers in the car park at the rear of the shop, although there are two spaces next to the door which are suitable for loading. There are also pay and park places short walk away, if free of course, and we will always pay customers parking for them should they utilise these.
Hopefully by the next time you are in the market for something, the situation will have improved as we would love to see you back; we can always deliver direct to customers door the very next day if this works better, and do get in touch if you would like to discuss the matter further at all.
