Excellent service great company I've used them before over the years and would recommend them.

Top staff and best value electronics there is going. They are not pushy and don't recommend you to have the best/most expensive. They gave a 10% discount on an already-discounted TV, and then helped me carry it out and load it in the car. I will be returning!

The lads at Richer offer customer focused service that is hard to find these days. They were the best in the 90's and nothing has changed.

It was a real pleasure purchasing my headphones from Richer Sounds. The service provided was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a long and uninterrupted session in the listening room trying out various headphones. When I had made my decision Tony offered the headphones I had used at a greatly reduced price. We looked at various record decks and decided which model to purchase. We placed our order late Friday afternoon. We paid for the deck to be delivered on Monday. The only disappointment was that we received an email on Saturday morning informing us that the deck would be delivered later that afternoon, which would usually be fantastic service had it not been for it being the first home game of the premier league lol Our neighbour was kind enough to accept delivery. Ordered my tv 1 day and the very next day I get a message to say my tv had been delivered to the shop ready for pick up and pick up was quick and simple and staff were great and the 6yr free guarantee is a bonus.
